Excellent price, very fast delivery (FedEx also super helpful), bike in perfect condition on arrival.

Bike was very well packaged, was shipped swiftly and arrived in perfect condition.

Unfortunately, and this is no reflection on or fault of Allterraincycles, Fedex were dreadful. They made no attempt to get a delivery signature and simply left the bike on my drive and left.

I was able to get the bracket covers I needed at a sensible price, with clear information provided about model numbers. Arrived quickly so I have new covers on for the good weather!

I ordered the bike online and received fast confirmation and was dispatched a few days later after being checked over. Very happy with service and very happy with the bike.

Purchased a Trek Checkpoint ALR5 2026 through the cyclescheme, All terrain cycles were the cheapest price by a couple of of hundred pounds. I contacted Joe he allowed me to secure the bike at the advertised price while waiting for my voucher with a small deposit £35, a couple of weeks later my voucher arrived and Joe called me straight away to confirm he had received it and that my bike would be dispatched on Monday, delivered Tuesday, tracking details received and the bike was delivered (in plain box) on the Tuesday very well packed. I put the bike together straight away sadly I haven’t had a chance to ride yet but I am very happy with the service from start to finish. I cannot recommend them enough. Unbelievable service from both Joe and Natasha.

I enquired into a bike i wanted which i found on another site cheaper.

It subsequently came apparent that the other vendor had made a mistake but All Terrain Cycles honored the price match and delivered the bike to me much quicker than initially anticipated.

Seeing this level of service is testament to how long All terrain have been doing this and their staff obviously really enjoy being there which helps with the excellent customer service i have received here.

I will 100% be shopping with All Terrain again and would strongly recommend anyone, looking for anything to do with biking, to also shop with All Terrain Cycles.

I ordered the bike and received it the next day. It was a life saver after buying a bike from a different supplier and receiving a pink bike for my little boy for Christmas! After explaining Santa had made a mistake and a little girl was heart broken after not getting her bike for Christmas he was going to bring my little boy a new one! So thank you Santa for being so prompt so I wasn’t left with a disappointed child!

From start to finish this HAS to be one of the easiest transactions i have ever done for such a large and expensive item, from online ease to customer service right down to the delivery tracking. 10/10

Excellent service and delivery was prompt

Customer service was great. Happened to be a delay on the delivery which I was promptly advised of and given the option to cancel if the delay was unsuitable. Transpired bike came sooner than expected in any case.

I initially ordered from a local company, but unfortunately, the bike never arrived. After some frustration, I discovered ATC—and I’m so glad I did! Not only was the bike cheaper, but it also arrived on time, exactly as promised.
The packaging was outstanding: thick, sturdy cardboard and excellent protection throughout. I could’ve saved myself days of stress by going with ATC from the start.
In three words? Cheaper. Quicker. Better.
