things that aren’t working for me: quality of boxes have gone down since this company went from causebox to alltrue. I used to really feel these boxes were fun and worth the money, but now I contemplate cancelling my subscription because the items are kind of blah. I really only have it because I appreciate the option to use the add on market which is awesome. But then I’m just spending more money. I don’t like that personalization box items go quickly at times making it really unfair because certain items you lost the chance on really early on in the choice process. Also shipping times for add on market is super slow!
I love the most of the products Alltrue supports and sells but the delay in shipping for market orders is ridiculous. I am not expecting Amazon type delivery but the fact that I ordered over $200 worth of products in February and it still has not shipped yet is ridiculous. I keep on checking the status and I’ve emailed complaints in the past but it has not improved. I used to recommend Alltrue to friends and co-workers but they really need to figure out their logistics and communicate better for ordered made over 60 days.
The curated gift box always makes me look forward to a new season! I have been with Alltrue for years and am very happy with the service including being able to choose which items I want.
I like being able to pick the items, wish they had more to select from at times. When I have had questions or trouble with an item, they (support people) are always quick to respond,
They are not prone to mistakes, but when they do happen they have made dealing with them and fixing things effortless and pleasant, with real human beings. The quality of the product’s has been excellent. My only quibble is that the Cause Box has the occasional inevitable beauty product [not my jam] but that’s just me. Not gonna rain on the parades of those for whom that’s a plus.
The quality of items in the box is lessening over the last year. There was some snafu in the “time to make choices” emails sent. I was never able to login and was very disappointed in the selections made for me.
Enjoy the variety and quality of the products offered; pricing has improved recently.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes things come broken as delivery people aren't always careful with the box.
