I have been without a working…

I have been without a working refrigerator freezer since November 2026 it is now 4/22/26 and this is my 5th appointment. Everytime a different problem, different guess. American Home Shield has been no help either.
They just keep saying that it has to go through the process. 5 months without a working refrigerator is completely unacceptable.

Worst worst worst company ever

Worst worst worst company ever. They were assigned through American Home Shield. Been at my home 7 times…my freezer still isn’t working. Don’t speak a word of english and every time he leaves reports back that it’s working fine. The manager Jane is an idiot. The original problem was an ice maker replacement and since then has been nothing but problems 😡

I’ve had a very frustrating experience…

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Allure Appliance. They were sent by American Home Shield to repair a washer that has now been broken for over two months. They’ve come out four times since July 28, 2025, and replaced five different parts, yet the washer still shows the same error code and is completely unusable.

Each visit brings a new guess, a new part, and zero resolution. No clear diagnosis, no follow-through, and no accountability. The lack of urgency or ownership over the repair is extremely disappointing — especially for a basic necessity like a washer.

I’ve documented everything and am escalating the issue through state agencies. I would not recommend this company for anyone who needs reliable, timely, or competent appliance repair.

⭐ **One star only because zero stars…

⭐ **One star only because zero stars isn’t an option.**
I did *not* choose Allure Appliance—they were assigned to me by First American Home Warranty. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with them, and both experiences have been appalling.

🔧 **Round One: Dishwasher Disaster**
Less than a year ago, it took **10 visits over 3 months** for Allure Appliance to attempt repairs on my dishwasher. Their technician repeatedly misdiagnosed the issue, replaced parts that didn’t solve the problem, and wasted months of my time. Only after persistent follow-up did First American agree to replace the unit.

🧊 **Round Two: Refrigerator Fiasco**
Recently, my refrigerator stopped working. First American sent out Allure Appliance *again*. Their “technician” diagnosed the issue and ordered a part. Two weeks later, it was installed—on a Friday. The fridge still didn’t work. I had to wait until Monday to report the issue, and was told the earliest they could come back was *Friday*. That pattern repeated. Now, **five weeks later**, the fridge is still broken and they’re ordering parts *again*.

📅 **The Friday Trap**
Allure Appliance seems to only offer Friday appointments. That way, if the repair fails, you’re stuck waiting until Monday to report it—and then another Friday to get service. It’s a cycle of delays and incompetence.

🚫 **Bottom Line: Avoid at All Costs**
If you have a choice, **do not use Allure Appliance**. They don’t properly diagnose issues—they just swap parts and hope something works. If your home warranty company assigns them, **call and request someone else immediately**.
