I ordered a sample that somehow got AutoCorrect to the wrong ZIP Code, so it was returned. I emailed them. They were super quick to respond and they re-shipped it to the correct address immediately. So much help thank you.

Although we did not purchase tile from Aloft Tiles, we appreciate the follow-up phone call and email after receiving our sample tiles. Unfortunately, the colors did not work for our bathroom project. It's sometimes hard to tell with computer monitors what the color is until you see it in person. We're grateful you offer a quick and affordable "sample" program. Thank you!

Tile looks great.. we used 31 X 31 inch porcelain pieces..
Their coordinator Julia is the best I have ever communicated with and followed through on all issues including shipping..
The tile was strapped at an angle on the
pallet by SAIA very unusual but no tile was broken.. delivered safely..
I definitely recommend Aloft Tile.

The Customer service was above and beyond anything I have dealt with in years! I dealt with one person and they were there through everystep to answer any questions, help with decisions and even came to the rescue when I had an issue with the delivery company (which is a seperate entity) it was resolved within an hour. I would highly recommend Aloft tiles!! A+++ (ps- the tile is high quality and beautiful) Very satisfied customer
