My riding boots safety strap failed on both shoes in less than 1 year of ownership. And less than 6 months of actual usage. I contacted them- the only option offered was to send the shoes to them on my dollar and wait 10-15 days for the repairs and wait for a return shipment. Horrible customer service. Not very friendly. I have several products from alpinestar that are now up for sale or donations. I won't be wearing or recommending the brand anymore

Terribly expensive and terrible customer service ! I bought a tech air off-road airbag that didn’t deploy during a fall and that is now unusable (bug in the electronic central unit). After 2 weeks and several emails asking for help, no response.

Really disappointed with the service…
Really disappointed with the service from Alpinestars. I ordered a jacket and trousers but received a pair of boots. Initial customer services were quick to reply but now they have gone quiet, can't guarantee I will get my items shipped out as they "might be out of stock" and will not ship until I go through an outdated returns process that requires me to have a printer and use UPS.
Is it really so hard to send out the items that I ordered!

This review is for anyone seeing biker leathers, gloves, or protective gear advertised on TikTok.
I ordered items from a TikTok seller using the Alpinestars name. Months later, nothing has arrived. The tracking number they gave me does not exist on any courier system. I contacted them four times asking for a valid tracking number or any update, and I received no proper reply.
Only afterwards did I discover that this seller is not the real Alpinestars brand. It appears to be a copycat operation using the name to target TikTok customers. I also found other reviews reporting the same issue — orders disappearing, fake tracking numbers, and people calling it a scam.
At this point, I believe this TikTok seller may be operating fraudulently. No delivery, no real tracking, and no customer support.
If you’re a biker looking for leathers or gloves, please be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, please take this review seriously before continplating buying from this seller on TikTok.

One star. I bought an Alpinestars Absolute V2 suit with a Plasma airbag. In my accident, the side that hit the ground held up. But the airbag tore a 200 mm hole on the opposite side. I’ve waited since November, calling multiple times, and received no explanation. If Alpinestars believes this isn’t a defect, I need to understand why. This is a serious safety concern for others. I’m open to resolving this directly, and I’ll gladly update this review if we can address it. I just want clarity and a fair resolution.

Ripped off on returns
I ordered an $805 helmet from Alpinestars, it was too small, they allow returns, but you have to pay for it. I ended up paying UPS $110.00 (their cheapest with insurance), so basically it costs you $110 just to try on a helmet....I will never give Alpinestars another penny of my money.

Now been 3 days waiting for a human to contact me to arrange how to send parcel back for a refund as I don't have a printer. Seems like they completely refusing to comply. Would not buy anything from this company again. Simple fact I am now 225 pounds out of pocket. Due to alpinestars selling smaller clothes than they tell you and refusing to speak to me for a refund. Day whatever it is now, ups are refusing to pick up the item and alpinestars is refusing any contact so will be now ringing a solicitor as this is disgusting behaviour

Avoid at all cost! I Ordered an item that was well too small and used the returns to get a refund and order a larger size.
I returned the item over 1 month ago and still haven’t received a refund. Customer service communication is non existent, either not responding or providing a generic AI response.
I have now escalated via buyer protection to try and resolve. Very poor for such a well known brand. I would not use this brand or company again.

Thinks a SCAM company. How can you describe yourself as “premium” when you don’t even have humans on your help desk?
One month waiting for my £300 order and nothing. No updates, no one replies to emails, nothing. I’ve been ghosted by this “premium” company after handling them £300. Judging by the amount of reviews with the same issue, this is being done deliberately.

They initially told me they would get back to me within 14 days, but instead you’re left having to email them repeatedly without getting any clear or useful response. It has now been over a month and I am still without my package, and they also refuse to refund my money.

Bought a jacket and wanted to try it out, but it turns out I have to pay for the return shipping label. Their return policy is outdated. When I called customer service, the lady wasn’t interested in helping at all. She basically said, “This is it — either ship it back at your own cost or drop it off yourself.” I won’t buy from or support this brand moving forward. Dainese all the way.

The most disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced and thieves as well!! Paid £7.99 for postage ( which is outrageous I might add!) for a pair of gloves to be delivered, except UPS didn’t deliver, they didn’t attempt to deliver and I had to chase around town trying to find my parcel which was dumped at a petrol station! Emailed them saying it wasn’t delivered and requested my £7.99 back, after many emails back and forth I was basically accused of being a liar and I’m still out of pocket! Absolutely shocking customer service, very rude and very overpriced in my opinion! Avoid avoid avoid!
