Waited for 3 hours to get a transfer to Verbier, the driver didn't arrive for an 8.15pm transfer. Extremely unpleasant telephone experience with the operator . Driver did show up at 10.00pm after 2 remaining passengers got off their delayed flight.

Should have know better for the return experience, but was delayed from 12.00 (as per their email) to 2.00pm without any further communication. Another telephone conversation with their transport operator and did get transfer mover till 1.00pm.

Would never use again - take the train!

A terrible experience! Do not use this company! They promise transfer within an hour, but we were asked to wait for a plane that arrived two hours after our flight and then would have had to wait at least another 40 minutes before leaving. We had to take alternative transport and were refused a refund by AlpineXpress. Really bad service and inflexible and rude customer service. Use another company!

Extremely disappointed with every part of the service.
After being told the airport wait would be 1 hour we were made to wait over 2.5 hours.
Terrible communication. Made us pay through them for a £30 for a taxi which never showered up and haven't got a refund.
Emailed to complain and never heard back.

Poor communication, information and service. Rude staff and serious disinformation. Before buying tickets I specifically asked if it would depart at the announced time and they confirmed it would. As we are travelling with children departing the announched time was crucial. The same day they delayed the transfer with 30 minutes without announcing it. We had to call them to find out as we were standing in the cold, with children waiting. This is the first and last time we travel with Alpine Express. If we’d known how they operate we would have taken the train.

Made the booking with Alpine express, paid in full in advance.

Upon arrival in Geneva at 16:40, I receive an email

"We wanted to let you know that you will likely have a longer wait than usual at the airport today as the bus will not leave until around 21h30. We imagine you would prefer to make alternative arrangements to travel by train (schedule can be found at swiss rail or via AlpyBus who have a desk at the airport). "

They did offer to credit my account with my money, however I have requested a refund on two occasions now as I feel they failed to provide the service and are unreliable and they are still refusing to refund.

I had to make alternative arrangements with ALPYBUS - who were amazingly helpful and I would thoroughly recommend using ALPYBUS.

This is only one experience and appreciate that things can go wrong, but feel they could have done more to help. I dont think it would have been unreasonable for them to contact ALPYBUS and made the booking for me using the money I had already paid them.

Of course I could have taken the train as they also informed me, however if had wanted to do that then why would I have booked a transfer with them.

Very poor service, unreliable and unprofessional. They sell something they cannot provide. Booked transfer according to our arrival time at Geneva. Nobody was waiting and they don’t even have a manned desk (unlike all the other agents). I contacted Alpine Express after waiting for 35 minutes in the arrival hall, and a gentleman called Roger told me to wait for the next transfer which was 4 hours and 30 minutes later. Utterly ridiculous to expect me and 2 children to wait for over 4 hours at the airport.
Strongly discourage anyone from booking a transfer with Alpine Express.

Due to covid my flight changed (there was no personnel on the flight) and I arrived 7 hours earlier than planned. Alpine Express went out of their way to accommodate us and arranged a new driver to bring us to Verbier. We only had to wait 10 minutes and could still ski in the afternoon. The driver was very friendly. We had the van to ourselves. I highly recommend this company

Easy to book on line. Ovi was at Le Chable to meet train, pleasant drive up to hotel in Verbier He was very polite. The return to Le Chable was the same. Ovi arrived in good time to get us to train. It took the hassle out of getting to and from Le Chable to Vervier and back

Very happy with my experience with this company. I had the opportunity to use them a few times.
It's always easy to book, all the drivers are nice, helpful and punctual, and the cars are clean and comfortable. I do recommend.

Great service! Quick, friendly, efficient, comfy bus, can’t fault it! The chap was waiting right in front of arrivals so really easy to find. Had a few minutes to wait for other bus passengers to get through so I went to grab a few things and the driver picked us up when everyone was ready. The bus seemed pretty new, was comfy and warm. The trip to Verbier took barely two hours and the driver knew the area and the roads really well, very reassuring going up the mountain! I appreciated all the tips about skiing around Verbier too, it made the trip feel much more personal.

When I have used AlpineXpress they have been excellent - just wish they did more destinations from Geneva!
