This company does not provide timber in the size advertised, you need to read the small print on the website to see the actual size that they will deliver, which begs the question “why advertise the larger size, and hide the real size in the small print?”. It’s purposely misleading. When I asked for the size advertised I was told it wasn’t available but could be specially milled at extra cost! No thank you! Won’t be using again.

They are a local firm and delivery was free. The joists and decking boards were great quality and I am really pleased with them. The price was very competitive and the men carried the wood about 50 metres to my garden saving me a lot of work.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered timber online 30 mins before closing. I arrived 10 min before closing. The staff hadn't prepared my order and said it was too late to get some of it for me. Other timber I had ordered was so bent and cracked it was unuseable. I asked for a refund but they said that couldn't be arranged until after the weekend, despite not supplying me with most of the items I had ordered. In end I wasnt refunded until 5 days later. The staff mainly seemed concerned with going home early. Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs. I then went to Champion Timber who were polite, helpful and supplied me with everything I needed and the timber was in good condition.
