I have used alternaleaf for a couple of years now and have had a really great experience with Daniel Dotta, my regular Doctor who has been extremely supportive, understanding and easy to get along with. Only this visit I changed doctors, as Daniel was booked, and that was the only reason you lost a star. I was told company no longer provided one of my script items, which my chemist said was untrue, and reduced my usual script telling me he had provided the same as Daniel, which was also untrue. Intend to contact to see if this can be fixed.

Used this company for years for back pain and insomnia. Was life changing. The only product that worked. Then without warning they decided I needed a letter from my dr to continue treatment. I don’t see drs. I see alternaleaf. That’s the point isn’t it? Also told me to try other medications for pain and sleep. Highly addictive opiates and barbiturates. Are you serious? Apparently I don’t get a say in the drugs I want to take. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. there are much better companies out there that will treat you with dignity and respect.

Calls are always on time, doctors are very understanding and listen to you.
I have found this company to be outstanding with their service.

Very easy to make an appointment and the Dr was very knowledgable and offered various suggestions to help.

One complaint which I have brought to your attention in the past is most of my medication is under weight by 1 or 2 grams

Im still waiting for my script to be available to me. Normally it's available straight away. I had my appointment 1 1/2 hour's ago. But did have a good experience with the doctor apart from this .

Quick delivery of scripts, staff are also lovely to deal with.

Unable to use script even though it hadn't expired.
Had to pay for another consult.
Video link didn't work again.
Usual brand not available. Don't like alternate.
Prices still exorbitant.

Unhappy but locked in.

I had an issue 2 weeks ago with my appointment and like professionals they sorted out the problem so satisfied i wouldn't go anywhere else thank you

Support from staff both medical and non medical has been very good whilst my medication gets tweaked and sorted. Very happy. Definately doesn't feel like they're a sales team. My Dr is mindful of my budget while also working out the best results for my particular needs.

The lady i spoke to was not my normal contact doctor.
I could not understand her very broken english, which left me feeling rather anxious and stressed about her understanding of my issues.
Ive not had this experience before.!

Perfect model hindered by you and by the TGA of course. Being 8/10 perhaps being a bit picky. Not being able to know products available, makes it still tough. Having doctors that script different amounts for the same condition, got a GP in a different state then changed dr. then he left, new dr. scripts different again, Sadly, an internal issue. ALl fixable I am sure Dr said she would note it very nice Dr. Other blue sky , should be able to choose day of delivery. eg I go to the office 2 days a week, Monday and any other day. Missing the order going to the post office is a pain. Trying to nail the right day is not that easy. As it can be 1-3 days of course, However, recently been semi manageable. Also 50% of the time get a time window other times not. Again you don't control the courier, something like a uber delivery model could be a chargeable extra or weekend delivery all on your radar I am sure. Product is always spot on, staff also. Needs to be some way for patients to know what products (flower) you have so they can have better discussion with the Dr. #ThanksForAsking ❤️
