I am very thankful for the delivery of my spare parts for my old Toyota. Unfortunatly there are some parts not anymore available but as i am ordering from the Philippines its a great source for me.
My first order arrived in a perfect quality and also perfect was the package of the item, lovely made. The time from the first contact until delivery was in spite of the distance roundabout 3 weeks, that is great. I also appreciate that the order is checked for availabilty before any payment is issued.

I got some wheel bearing hub assemblies from amayama, part was identical to the OEM one, great quality, was in my country 4 days after shipping and 10 days after placing the order.
Great experience. Would recommend.
Only suggestion would be if they had a slower shipping method that would save us money.

Unable to get a part for my Honda Jazz in UK or from Europe unless at a huge cost so delighted to find Amayama Trading Co. Part was easily found on web site , very well priced and quickly posted to me in UK.

Availability of the BCM for my 2016 Nissan Almera was confirmed before i was asked to pay. Delivery was scheduled to arrive by November 21 but i received it on November 15. The BCM was also according to specification and worked perfectly.

I was told this part was obsolete and no longer available in the USA. Amayama quickly found the part and did not bill me until it was confirmed to be available. The price in the states would have been over 650 USD and I was able to buy it through Amayama for 175 USD. Their communication during the process was flawless with complete disclosure. As long as I transact with Amayama, everything is fine. Parts match the Part Number. I am the owner of a Toyota Crown repair shop which sometimes does not have the parts I need in my country. Thank you for your cooperation so far. Always success for Amayama.

Can be frustrating to get your order done. After adding all your items to the cart, it can take nearly a week while they check availability. Some items get checked and some don’t.
Then you can pay for your order, Oh great you might think! It’s not over at this point, random items get cancelled from the order as lead times are too long or unknown and some prices increase and get cancelled without consultation. Really, would I order it if I didn’t want it. Then you’ll need to pay the few dollars more. ( I had mirror increase from order price of $145 to payment of $180 without a word and a $10 item cancelled that they now wanted $18 due to supplier increase.
On the plus side, deliveries are usually quicker than the quoted lead times and pricing is great on most Toyota stuff. If you can live with the hurdles and having to look elsewhere after you’ve ordered they’re worth a go. If you’re in a hurry, go to partsouq

The worst website I've ever dealt with. It caused me to lose customers due to delays—unjustified delays and unacceptable excuses.

All the items were shown "in stock" in the end only half of the stuff I ordered were actually available. Now you are able to pick the items again. Be aware.

The only pity is that some parts are not available anymore, however the decision on discontinuity of some parts is Honda's decision.
