Reliable and honest
Honestly - we are really happy with the service and have used them twice now. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and nothing was too much trouble. They just got on with the job, took great care with everything, and before we knew it, it was all done. Friendly, professional, and stress free from start to finish. I'd happily recommend them.

Dear Matthew,
We sincerely apologise for the stress and inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your move on the morning it was due to take place. We fully understand how disruptive and upsetting this must have been, especially on such an important day.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel the move due to circumstances beyond our control. We understand the frustration this has caused, and we are truly sorry that we were unable to carry out the service as originally planned.
Following the cancellation, we did our best to offer you an alternative moving date and time, as this was the least we could do in the circumstances. However, we also completely understand your disappointment and your reluctance to continue with us after being let down on the day.
Please accept our apologies once again. We take feedback of this nature seriously and will continue reviewing our procedures to ensure that, wherever possible, customers are supported more effectively when unexpected issues arise.

Dear Matt Turner,
We are very sorry to read your review and sincerely apologise for the distress and inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your booking at such short notice.
We fully understand how upsetting this must have been, especially as the move had been arranged a month in advance and related to a halls of residence move during such an important and stressful time for your daughter while studying for her finals. Being left with less than 24 hours’ notice is not the level of reliability or support we aim to provide, and we regret the pressure this placed on you both.
Clear communication, proper planning, and dependable service are essential in removals, particularly where students and time-sensitive arrangements are involved. We are sorry that, on this occasion, we failed to meet those expectations.
Please be assured that we take feedback of this nature seriously. We will review the circumstances surrounding your booking, including the reason for the cancellation, the timing of the notice given, and how the situation was communicated, so that we can understand what went wrong and improve how similar matters are handled in future.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, stress, and disappointment caused.

Terrible experience - last min cancellation
Terrible experience. After having repeatedly notified that there is no parking in the building and movers will need to find parking nearby (and that i didn't need a van as I was moving within the building), showed up and said they would just park anywhere in no parking zone and make me pay for the ticket. Walked away when I asked them to park in proper parking. Office completely denied any responsibility even though I had provided this info about parking over email and multiple phone calls. Had to scramble and find another mover last minute. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me back and inform me that movers had walked away. Never seen such poor service. Anything but amazing - I would advise steering clear of this company.

Dear Roopa Venkateswaran,
We are very sorry to read about your experience and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused on the day of your move.
We understand how stressful it must have been to have the service cancelled at such short notice, especially after you had already explained in advance that there was no parking available at the building and that the move was taking place within the same property. Information regarding access and parking should always be reviewed carefully before the job, and we regret that this was not handled in a way that gave you confidence in our service.
We also apologise that you felt our office did not take proper responsibility for the situation and that you were not updated clearly after the movers left. Clear communication between the customer, office team, and moving crew is essential, particularly when access or parking restrictions are involved, and we are sorry that this was not your experience.
Please be assured that we take feedback of this nature seriously. We will review the booking notes, email correspondence, phone records, and communication with the team assigned to your move to understand why the parking information was not managed properly and why the situation escalated on the day.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and for leaving you in the difficult position of having to arrange another mover at the last minute. Your feedback highlights areas where our planning, internal communication, and customer updates should have been better, and we will use it to improve our procedures going forward.

Perfect Service.
I Booked a van to move loads of heavy boxes of books and another 20 or so boxes of fragile goods. The people at the office were clear, the price was what they quoted on the website. Email confirmations, and a check in the day before to make sure everything was ready.
The van turned up on time, there was great communication so they knew where to park etc. What I'd pictured as 2 hours of aggro on the hottest day of the year was done in less than 45 mins. Honestly, I couldn't have been happier. What more can I say, turned up when they said, moved what they'd been asked to without breaking anything, and got it all unloaded without incident. Total professionals

My move from Pickering
My move from Pickering, Yorkshire after Dads funeral went so well.
Your 2 men were so professional, kind and efficient. Understanding why we needed to move 2 rose bushes with soil and garden pots along with my parents Chinese table, chairs, huge sideboard ( informing us of the loose feet)
Big dresser and lots of boxes.
No extra charge for a Sunday. Check up calls before to allay worries.
Helped to place furniture on rug and glass top for table.
Loved our golden retriever.
They refused tea, eventually took beers to toast my Dad after work, so my Dad would be pleased,
I would refer you to everyone and use your again.
Thank you so much.
