I’ve had a horrible experience with…

I’ve had a horrible experience with Amazon lately. My account was flagged for “unusual activity” even though I did nothing wrong, and now I can’t make purchases even though my payment method is valid. I contacted customer service multiple times and got vague responses, no real help, and no resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating when a company this big can’t even treat honest users fairly. I’m losing trust in Amazon and this app just reminds me of how angry I am every time I see it. Do better.

Nintendo Switch 2 Stolen by Delivery Company

I was one of the few customers invited to purchase the Nintendo Switch 2, a one-per-household, invite-only release. I trusted Amazon with my order, even cancelled pre-orders from Best Buy and Walmart to commit to them.

Big mistake.

The package was marked as lost/stolen by their delivery partner (ASL/Precision Deliveries), and Amazon's response? A refund and a shrug. No option to reorder. No escalation. No accountability. No compensation. They said I couldn't reorder because I had already reached the 1 per household quota and they had no way to change it in the system.

Their customer service team was unhelpful, robotic, and completely disconnected from the actual value and rarity of the item. I now have no way to replace it due to their own purchasing restrictions.

This wasn't just a missed delivery. It was a failure of trust.
Do better, Amazon.

Absolute pathetic attempts at delivery

Absolute pathetic attempts at delivery. I watched the truck circle the block 4 times looking for a very obvious address. Instead of stepping out and taking a quick look they drove away and marked it as an incomplete address. Delivery is now 3 days late to due sheer incompetence.

Not happy

I have bought Swiss Miss No Sugar Added Hot Cocoa Mix, Milk Chocolate, 60 Count Envelopes, 0.73 oz Each Packets, New Recipe Makes a Larger 8oz mug of cocoa from Amazon. I get nausea and diarrhea every time I consume this product. Amazon does not want to refund me for this. This product is not suitable for me. I paid $38.00 for this. I want refund for this.

Biggest scammers they charge your card…

Biggest scammers they charge your card fees you don’t even authorize. 6 months after closing my account they charged my card three times for $6.60 for Amazon music I know nothing about
When I called them, they said it was ordered through my Amazon dot which I don’t even have also my daughter‘s card was charged after she used it to buy a birthday present for the first using Amazon they charged $6.60 for Amazon music also 🤬

Absolutely Disgusted – Never Received My Order

I’m beyond fed up. I ordered an item and, once again, Amazon’s delivery person left it in front of the building, instead of bringing it up to my apartment on the third floor. They didn’t even bother to ring the bell—how hard is it to press a button so I know my package is outside?

This isn’t just a one-time mistake. This happens to me EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I’ve lost count of how many times I've gone downstairs to find my package already stolen or gone. It's like Amazon thinks the hallway is a safe locker. News flash: it’s not.

To make things worse, this time Amazon refused to refund me because I had a few previous refunds. As if it's my fault their delivery process is a complete joke. I'm being punished for their repeated negligence.

How about fixing your system instead of blaming loyal customers? If this is a common issue, maybe it’s time to rethink your delivery policies instead of acting like the customer is the problem.

I’m officially done with Amazon. This platform has become completely unreliable, and I refuse to waste any more money on items that never even reach me.

lack of customer service a…

The courier company that Amazon.ca deals with for returns made a mistake recording the number of items I was returning therefore I only received half my refund.I have written several emails to their supposed customer service department for the last week now,still no reply or resolution.Its only a matter of $53.00 but as a senior citizen it's a loss I can't afford.How can a multi millionaire company be so incredibly irresponsible? I will never order another thing from Amazon no matter how good the price.No customer service at all,ridiculous.

I’ve spent over a week trying to…

I’ve spent over a week trying to activate my Amazon Seller account — and the experience has been an absolute disaster.

I spoke with five different representatives, and each gave me contradictory or outright false information. Every time I followed one person’s instructions, the next rep told me it was wrong. Not once did anyone take ownership or properly escalate the issue.

This isn’t just “slow service” — it’s a complete collapse of internal communication and process. For a company that prides itself on being a global e-commerce leader, Amazon runs its seller onboarding like a badly organized startup.

If you’re considering selling on Amazon, be warned: you’ll be up against a system where no one is accountable, support is chaotic, and your time will be wasted in endless circles.

Amazon, you urgently need to fix your Seller Support infrastructure — or risk pushing away the very people who drive your marketplace growth.

No more humans to help you with issues that need humans 😡

Had excellent service up until now .... sadly now where don't answer the phone anymore so you can't resolve specific issues that YES NEED HUMANS!!
Fake message stating they are having technical difficulties and ask us to use the online platform.... do you really think people don't see what your are doing Amazon?? 🤦🏼‍♀️

So I will cancel my Prime and this last order will have been my last order on Amazon

Absolutely useless company

Absolutely useless company. You pay for next day delivery yet seldom are things delivered next day, it takes days if not weeks. To say Amazon has customer service would be a disgrace to the human race. Nothing convenient about Amazon at all. Just a waste of time and energy.

Amazon Customer Service


I'm sharing my experience in hopes that it helps others. I purchased an item from Amazon that was not as described. When I tried to return it, the return label provided was the wrong size, and Canada Post couldn't process it. On my first attempt, Canada Post's system was down, so I couldn't even send it back.

I've spoken with multiple agents, and each time, I've been promised a resolution that never materialized. One agent transferred me to a "supervisor" who ended up hanging up on me. Another agent claimed they couldn't transfer me to a supervisor due to system limitations, which turned out to be untrue. After calling back, I finally reached someone who promised to send me a return label by mail, but it never arrived.

This process has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel misled by the product's reviews. I hope Amazon can address these customer service issues and ensure a smoother return process in the future.

Don’t care about Canadian customers anymore!

A scam website.

I bought an item from Amazon with a 10% rebate which I kept the screenshot. There was a glitch in the system that caused that an issue, I phoned the Customer Support, who replied in writing, buy the item and we will process the 10% rebate, once the item is tagged delivered. Phoned them back once delivered, spoke to an agent and Supervisor they refused to give me my promo refund, blaming that they Customer Agent Eve made a mistake by promising me the sales adjustment and they treated me like a piece of trash, very rude, even if I’ve been a Prime member for more than 10 years. Basically an entire site of scams. False advertising with most of their promos, I’m suing them to the little claims I have all the messages trail and screenshots.

You are dealing with Canadian educated people in this country, we won’t let corporations bully our citizens.

Problem with redeeming Amazon gift…

Problem with redeeming Amazon gift card. Sent numerous emails and spoke to agent live with proof of purchase , claim code and card number. Customer service indicates that activation team will resolve this issue .

It’s ridiculous that I have sent dozens of emails and called directly and not resolved yet.

The Billions that Amazon makes and treats customers terrible by not resolving Gift Card Issue .

Will never buy a Amazon gift card again!

Zero-Star Review- Still Waiting!

Zero-Star Review – Amazon Customer Service is a Complete Joke

I placed an order on March 1st for same-day delivery, and now it's March 3rd, and I still have nothing. I contacted Amazon Customer Service six times—three times through chat and three times over the phone—and no one has been able to help me. Instead, I kept getting conflicting information. One rep told me to wait until March 6th, another said March 7th, and another claimed I’d have to wait until March 15th before I can even request a refund.

I also tried to find out which carrier has my package, and I was told it's with Amazon’s own carrier. But somehow, they have no further information on it? How does that even make sense? It’s their own carrier, yet they can’t track my package or give me any real answers? Instead of helping me, they refuse to provide any other details and refuse to do anything else to fix the situation.

At this point, I don’t even want the item anymore—I just want my money back. But Amazon won’t even do that. My package is still sitting in their facility, and they won’t cancel it or issue a refund.

This is beyond frustrating. Amazon promises fast delivery but can’t even keep track of their own shipments. Their customer service is completely useless, and I’m seriously questioning why I even pay for Prime. Zero stars.

This last purchase was of 4 items and all of them have been missing .It was at the facility in my home town more than 5 days ago.No update but I have been billed but no respond from emails.Where are my packages?? How can you expect me to buy more with this kind of service?
