Order a dehumidifier get two payment revision notifications, I know both cards are working. Cannot get in contact with customer service. Order an RC charger, money is withdrawn from the card they would not accept for the dehumidifier, but immediately after the delivery is put on hold. They ask me to contact Airmee, but no response from them yet. Amazon.de is falling apart.
2-day-delivery continuously increasing to 25 days!
Ordered a Intel Core Ultra 7 processor on 20/11 as a Prime member, with 2 days delivery.
After 2 days delay, I complained and Amazon support ended up opening a "Replacement order" since it might have been lost in the truck.
Although this time they increased the delivery from 2 to 14 days.
After 11 days they finally set the delivery to happen on 02/12. But on 02/12, just after all the promotion season passes (Black Friday and Cyber Monday), they again increased the delivery time by another 2 weeks, with new date on 15/12 (25 days after purchase).
After many contacts with their support, they said they could do nothing and that's it.
Now I will have to cancel my order and buy in some other store much more expensive, because Amazon was holding me until the promo season was over.
That's a really bad feeling that such a big company can do this without caring for their customers.

I wanna report how dissapointed Im with the company. I tried 3 times to buy a smartwatch on the website and when the purchase but they were making any issue with me credit card (which is an international one do it should be normally accpeted). On the third try, when it finally got accepted it was first saying the delivery was delayed and supposed then to arrive today 02/12. now that I went tracking it to know if its really coming today, I found out, that it got cancelled again for no reason.
I didnt even get an email letting me know about the cancellation, and so far no one gave me ANY explanation about the reasons to cancell it in general. This is such disrespectfull treat to the client!

Despite my insistence, they didn't even give me a tracking code so I could track it through my bank.Their behavior is really disappointing. They put me off with lies every time. No refund for package that has not arrived
I ordered something on Amazon, and they said it would arrive by 21st of November, but it did not arrive. It then said it will be delivered on the 28th of November, and if it was not I would get a refund. It did not arrive on the 28th, so I asked for a refund. They have denied it and said now I will get a refund if it doesn't arrive on the 5th of December.
So they have not honoured their refund, even though they said I would get a refund.

None delivery of two orders due to Amazon change of courier service and no contact from courier companu but Amazon system refkecting that courier company had tried to deluver on several occasions which is utter bullshit and ciurier company uncontactable. Trying to get a refund was like pulling teeth via email and representaives obviously not checking the situation. Now await refund with baited breath but won't be ordering from Amazon again after being a customer for over 15 years at least. Too much hassle and stress.

After being a prime member for so many years I had many items not delivered at the time they were supposed to due to the prime membership. During the last failure, customer support was one of the worst I had to deal with my entire life. only ``sincere apologies provided`` as solution and of course I could cancel my delivery or return it after I receive it (no one knows when...) which of course I could do anyway....Too bad Amazon treats it´s loyal customers like that....bad services, bad customer service no care about their customers....Lost many weekends waiting for items to be delivered, missed gifts for birthdays and kids getting emotionally damaged but I had the ``sincere apologies``. So no problem there.....

They cancel orders at their discretion motivating that "We have detected unusual ordering activity on your account and have therefore canceled your order as a precautionary measure to protect the Amazon Store and its customers."
They continue to cancel the order even after their "review process" concludes that there was no unusual activity on the account.
They protect their customers (including you... one of their customers) so well that by the time they finish reviewing your account the item you've tried to order is out of stock.

I made a return which amazon acknowledged receipt on 30.09.2025. I was supposed to pay the monthly invoice on the 15.10.2025 which I have refused to pay since I was expecting the refund to set off the bill. Amazon has refused to refund the money and charging interest. Today is 30.10.2025, refund is yet to be issued. Which company does that if not for exploitation. Your refund policy says, 'refund is issue 7 days maximum after receipt of the item'. Why is my different? You are nothing but fraudsters who want to gain by using rough means to maximise profit. Shame shama shame.
Need better delivery
Recently bought some football stuff and was told that package was lost. With the help of support managed to get the delivery, but it took almost 3-4 weeks. In my opinion lately something on delivery process is broken. Didn't have such issues before.

Still no way to ask for a refund and the seller, somewhere in China I guess, does not respond. Funny, a fraudulent seller from 2023 that did not deliver the same item to me and a few dozens other customers, of course without refunding us, is still listed at Amazon.de, offering the same item, defrauding more customers. amazon is good to amass fortune for its owner but not for customers.
