feel like banging my head against the wall trying to get multiple problems solved
I have spent thousands of pounds with Amazon business. Their prices are ok but nothing special. The real problems occur when you have a problem. Their chat is slow and laborious and when you do speak to an actual person they will promise to resolve your queries but never do. So you repeat the cycle of going through chat and telephone calls to end up at square one again. I have been waiting weeks for a diamond stone and stanley blade which are still showing on their website as available within 48 hours and I have been waiting closer to 48 days than 48 hours. I keep getting promised and guaranteed delivery but the delivery date comes and goes.
Why do big business think they can treat their customers as expendable and fob them of with repeated lies.....and don't think about complaining because the process will leave you even more frustrated and angry. I will not be using amazon business again even though it is convenient in terms of the payment process, but will be looking at small suppliers that actually seem to care far more.
