Scammers
I bought a room heater from this site and received a different product. Following their instructions, I mailed back the product and simply did not have any feedback from them after that. No sign at all they they will correct their mistake or give me a refund. If you try to contact them you will end up on an answering machine and they don't answer emails.
These people are clearly scammers.

Bad service
The website is good and they sell good stuff for good price. However, the service after the acquisition is awfull, terrible. They hide informations, delay answers and hinder the comunications. I only buy in this site when strictly necessary. In Brazil there're few website like that, because it's controller ownership several others, and there's not much competition.
