Great service
Went to the Thurrock branch to buy a Powakaddy. The member of staff was very helpful in explaining the difference between the various models and demonstrating how they worked. There was a problem registering the warranty and the staff went the extra mile and were able to register for us.

Very happy with AG but gift cards arrived damaged
Very happy with the product (gift cards), arrived on time and purchasing process was easy with unexpected free delivery!
However, the cards arrived damaged by the courier. Several of the cards were bent in half, hopefully they are still useable! Perhaps they could be better packaged to help avoid damage.

We popped into American Golf Trafford…
We popped into American Golf Trafford which was super easy to park. The item we needed was there on the shelf? The assistant helped get it down and took it to the payment desk for us..And he also offered to take it out to the car.

Ping golf T shirt
Ok experience. Your Ping tops are not true to size. I would recommend ordering a smaller size.
It would be good when ordering online to have the option of the goods being delivered to a local store to avoid postage charges as one loses the postage money on returns.
Also the Sidcup store does not have any ladies' clothes to offer.
