I've been using AMS for years, and they have been great. They have people on staff you can relate to. Ordering is easy, and there's always a nice selection with great categories to help you sift through the items to find what you really want.

The no interest payment plans are great and make it so easy to get what you want! I’ve used this service 3 times and will be using again soon! The company has great customer service and never any issues.

I'm a long time customer and a repeat customer, why? because of the level of customer service I get each and every time I make a purchase or even an inquiry about a product. I'm not going to tell you the prices are better than anyone but the payment plans and fast shipping are awesome. The selection of products is vast and the sales team is very knowledgeable, they are actually musicians so they really know whats up!

I have bought guitar effect pedals and other equipment over the years making all my purchases online. All I have have to say that I have never had a problem with an American Musical supply order that I have placed. The shipping is super fast and everything always delivered in pristine condition. My only interaction with a live representative was a few years ago and the rep delivered excellent customer service to me and was easy to speak with. For those consumers who wish to have musical equipment or instruments at a great price and easy payment plans and still have money to gas up your vehicle then you should place your next order with AMS ! They are awesome !
