It came very quickly
It came very quickly, it tastes ok (a bit messy but I accepted that), I didn't notice any improvement in the whiteness of my teeth though. I have gotten a kit from my dentist, once they are the shade I want I will probably use this to try to maintain the white.

It seems to be an excellent product. I wasn’t able to use it as recommended, but for a smoker and combined with my electric oral b toothbrush it does a very good job. Sadly, I was clumsy enough to waste an entire box because I let it slip.
So I guess as an improvement they could work on the packaging. Other than than, great

Excellent service and very quick delivery. I was dubious when I purchased this but definitely saw a difference after just the first use. I now use once a week to keep on top of staining. Be extremely careful when opening the tin or you could end up with black powder everywhere. Would highly recommend both amour noir and the product.

As correspondance over our email chain shows we have sent you a total of two replacements for the original product that you unfortunately did not receive. Both of those replacements are stating they where delivered on the tracking by two completely different couriers both DHL and Skynet.
We have sent you proof of delivery for both parcels.
After a lengthly investigation our customer services decided that we will not send a 4th package or issue a refund as the previous two where both signed for plus one more that did not require a signature.
You are more than welcome to take this up with trading standards or a local body in Portugal.
