Amphlett Lissimore were brilliant in our sale and purchase. They kept us informed on a timely basis with incredible attention to detail and empathy during a somewhat stressful sale (for reasons outside their control). We would highly recommend this company as in comparison to other solicitors we’ve used they were incredible and exceeded our expectations.

We have recently used Amphlett Lissimore to sell our family home and they were great. We mainly dealt with Nicola and Jasmine who were very helpful and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use this solicitor again in the future.

Amanda at Amphlett Lissimore dealt with our house sale and purchase. She has been professional, efficient, knowledgeable, attentive and empathetic. No house move is straight forward but Amanda’s approach dealing with issues presented by others was exemplary. We were always on the front foot, leading the transaction and making sure we had the best chance of achieving smooth transaction, all thanks to Amanda. We have moved a few times, this was by far the best experience we have had with a solicitor. I consider that the service I received form Amphlett Lissimore to be very good. I mainly dealt with Xhesika and Jasmine both of whom were very helpful. I did contact Xhesika every day, at one stage, for updates as the system for conveyancing is so very slow and frustrating. She responded promptly to all of my queries and was very reassuring throughout the process.

I chose Amphlett Lissimore because one of their offices was conveniently local to me and having called around other local solicitors to obtain estimated costs of providing a simple single Will for myself, their fees including VAT were the most competitive and within my budget.

The service provided by Katie Brett was both professional, friendly and welcoming. All the advice she gave was done in a clear and easy to understand way with the minimum of legal jargon so that at no time during the whole process did I feel intimidated by legalese or reluctant to ask her further questions.

I would not hesitate to use the services of Amphlett Lissimore again based on this very pleasing experience.

I strongly caution against using this firm. I've been referred by another firm, They left me to deal with unexperienced and not licensed professionals which cause unnecessary & significant delays in the process. When serious issues arose, multiple calls to reach a supervisor or complaint officer were left completely unanswered. My experience was defined by unacceptable handling and a profound lack of professional, timely customer service. Avoid.

Update: 4th Dec, I sent an email regarding the comment of the firm which is not true, I have only been contacted once and that was nowhere near to solve my frustration but dictate me that what they did is fair. Which I`ll not agree with a firm who does not care about customer experience at all. Again folks. AVOID

We used Amphlett Lissimore conveyancers to sell our property. Everyone was very communicative. They kept us updated throughout selling the process, answered emails quickly, and chased the buyer's solicitor when needed. Xhesika was a pleasure to work with and made the selling process easy. I highly recommend.

I was recommended to this company by a colleague and I now fully recommend them as well…Lisa handled my house sale and she was awesome from start to finish. Never had to chase a single time, she was completely in control and if she didn’t answer the phone she always rung back almost immediately. Rare for a solicitors to do that ! The whole team was good but If you’re buying or selling a house ask for Lisa to handle the transaction and you won’t be disappointed. I thought the rates were reasonable as well.

The team I was under at Amphlett Lissimore were amazing. Myah and Lynsey took on my case and were absolute champions in my corner. I felt heard, things were explained to me in a clear, easy to understand manner. The ladies were very patient and considerate towards me and generous with their time. There were frequent discussions and timely updates around my case, as well as straight forward advice and explanations of possible outcomes. Although the proceedings were at times an emotional roller coaster,(as I'd never gone to court prior) having such knowledgeable and supportive professionals in my corner, I got through it all, whilst maintaining realistic expectations and simultaneously not loosing hope or being blindsided by opposing council. I wouldn't have been able to get through this year without this team. So I'd like to say a huge thank you to Myah, Lynsey and Amphlett Lissimore as a whole for helping to give little me a fighting chance, as I stood up against goliaths who would stomped all over me without you. My family and I are eternally grateful for the positive impact you made.
