Change of name to Audika does not appeared to have changed the Warrington Branch formerly known as Amplifon with regards to their enthusiasm, dedication to the job, professional knowledge, and patience. There is nothing to much trouble, make a call, Receptionist always helpful even with new Audika system and both the male and female Optometrists there offer advice without being pushy. I do think the high prices are unaffordable to most is many areas of the North West the only alternative is through the NHS. Since seeing the £3-4K pricing, being retired I really cannot see myself and wife affording 8K pounds, sorry. Perhaps a mid price range with the rechargeable system and your 18months free credit charges may make a huge difference to your sales. Must cost thousands to have a name change as I have experience with this.

Nicky was excellent. She explained everything without ever making me feel like she thought I was daft. Great to be able to get a free hearing test. Whilst the tests showed that I have mild hearing loss, Nicky advised that unless I was really struggling in social situations, she wouldn’t recommend hearing aids at this point. I booked in for another test in a year’s time. Great environment - not salesy at all, and I feel reassured that I have a baseline so I can see whether things are deteriorating over the next few years.

They sorted my left hearing aid which wasn’t working. by sending it away - hopefully. It will be repaired,
