My son requested this gaming chair for his 13th birthday. I was hesitant as I knew nothing about this brand or product and figured he heard some Youtuber promoting it with zero due diligence. Anyways, after a little push back, I ended up purchasing him his first official gaming chair. To my surprise, everything about the purchase, to the communication from the company, to the actual quality of the product, everything surpassed my expectations. Along with my son, I am very happy with my purchase. I am actually now looking at one of the AndaSeat office chairs for my own use. Great product. I couldn't support it more.

Chair is amazing. Comfortable and easily adjusted to fit my needs. Arrived on time and well worth the money. No more knee and back pain from sitting too long. Highly recommend !

I did have an issue with the first chair that was sent to me, however Anda Seat customer services were very quick to resolve that issue and had me a new chair delivered within 5 days. I was looking for a replacement for my Secret Labs Omega which I'd had for 5 years, the problem I had with the Secret Labs chair though was it is very firm and not comfortable over longer periods. The Anda Seat Kaiser 4 is so much more comfortable and has more adjustability all combined, giving a much better experience. I especially like the multi-adjustable lumbar pad which helps with my aging bad back. Highly recommend this chair. By the way, the burgundy makes this chair look amazing.

Order was missing magnetic pillow. Its currently not on stock. I was told I would be sent one when available but have no way to track or confirm. Customer service has been grat at responding to rectify the issue.

The chair is reasonably comfortable. The chair did not come with the neck pillow had to purchase separately. The adjustable arm rests are a real pain moving forward and rotation are loose and continue to move. The seat does not adjust high enough for me and i'm only 5'8".

Seems to be a well built office chair padding could be a little less firm .Armrest swivels all over the place they do not lock If you ever fix the problem with the armrest send me a pair.

This chair is amazing iv seen videos of different models people making funny videos with y’all’s chairs. I built it myself when it came in and sat in it a bunch of times, I haven’t even used it for gaming yet but I will! I also bought a replacement headrest (the one with the strap) I look forward to doing business you all in the future. Much thanks and I appreciate the fast shipping.

I purchased the Kaiser 3 Pro 5D (XL) in October 2024 (Order #AD13387). As someone who is 6'2" and 240 lbs, finding a durable chair is tough. most chairs I've owned fail within a year. This chair is different the build quality and materials is superior, and it’s incredibly comfortable.

I did have two minor issues with the wheelbase and an armrest, but AndaSeat’s support was fantastic. They shipped replacement parts quickly at no cost to me, and the chair feels brand new again. I was so impressed by the product and the warranty that I bought a Kaiser 4 for my office. Highly recommended for bigger users who want a company that stands by their product

I just like the fact that you guys respond promptly to my question.

The package was sent on time. Everything was excellent, but the only thing that I was displeased with where the armrest on the chair they continue to move, swivel from side to side and up and down. It does not lock at all and It is very aggravating to sit in the chair and the both the armrest continue to move back and forth. Is there any way to rectify this? I’m very displeased with the chair.

I was looking for a replacement bottom cushion for a Kaiser XL. I am willing to purchase. I sent an email with photos on the 30 Dec / 13 Jan / 25 Jan to support dept. Still no reply. Is there no customer service dept in this company.

AndaSeat has amazing customer service!!! I created a problem for myself by moving in the middle of my order. I contacted customer service via email numerous times as we worked through the issue. Late at night, during the day, at all hours I emailed and they ALWAYS RESPONDED within a few minutes. They held my deliver to the date I requested and delivered to my new address exactly as requested. I have never received such great service from any company. Oh, and the chair is AMAZING! It exceeds all expectations.

this chair was delivered with damaged pieces. It also has a misaligned chair frame we have asked for support. I have a dozen times. All we get back is an automated message that you have opened a ticket. This has been going on for 2 1/2 weeks with no response. At this point, the chair is of no value to us. If this is the kind of service you provide, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The chair is one of the most comfortable I have owned! I had some issues with the armrests, so I decided to reach out to their customer support. Dealing with Andaseat’s customer support has been the best experience I’ve ever had with any support. They responded quickly (well within 24 hours), asked me to send a picture or video of the issue and they immediately issued a replacement without me having to ask or anything. You can rest assured that this product is well worth the money due to the comfort and quality, but the real value is in their amazing handling of any issue after your purchase.
