Return issue
I ordered a lumbar cushion and it took much longer than it should have to arrive. Additionally, I reached out to their support department and explained how the Velcro on the back of the item wasn't aligned properly and was told that is normal. I am trying to return the product due to a manufacturing default but they are trying to weasel their way out of accepting it.

This chair sits lower then other chairs…
This chair sits lower then other chairs that fit large individuals. I would say add 2" of height and it would be much better fit for my 6'3" frame. I feel like I fall into the chair and fall out of the chair. Find a longer and stronger strut and this chair would be great. The chair is comfortable otherwise. Review posted on 1/26/26 not sure why review date does not match up.

I love my Kaiser 3XL
I love my Kaiser 3XL. It is very comfortable, and also quite sturdy.
Definitely something you can feel the quality of.
Their customer support is also amazing. A moving company actually broke a simple button on my armrest, so I emailed AndaSeat for a replacement quote. Instead, they sent me a whole armrest. Completely for free!
I think AndaSeat is awesome for that, and for their quality chairs.

All I have to say is the X-air Rocks
I love the X-air chair that I bought. All the features are great such as the ability to lock the back of the chair into 3 different tilt positions. Plus, when I contacted customer service they responded swiftly and took care of my issue no problem. It has really helped me with back pain.

Anda seat: great chair and great customer service
I ordered an AndaSeat, and the shipment was quick even though it was on pre-order. But I needed to reach out to AndaSeat on an issue I encountered. They was very quick to respond and I'm blown away by how quickly things was resolved. The Kaiser 4 is the chair I ordered. Very comfortable, easy to assemble, and delivered quickly. Nothing but positive experience with AndaSeat!!

They are very communicative. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit for your item to ship out because it’s usually not in stock but they will let you know the exact date it will ship. Their products are very high-quality. I love my brand new gaming chair.

3 Year warranty not being honoured
Bought the seat in November 2023, still well within its three-year limited warranty. One of the brackets on the side of the seat has broken in half. I created an account on the Customer Services Portal, sent pictures, and explained the problem. My ticket keeps getting moved to be solved, even though I have no contact, no response, no solution from AndaSeat.
I keep replying to the same ticket saying, "Why are you moving the ticket to a solved category when there's been no response and no information, and still there's no response, no information?" I'm trying to escalate using their chat.
The warranty period is 3 years in the US and 2 years in the UK for some reason - can Anda Seat explain why UK is being discriminated against?
UPDATE - I had contact from the UK team, who promised to send out a replacement. Once I get it, I will update my score to reflect the improved service.
UPDATE - replacement received, so the problem is resolved, upgrading to 3 stars as a result (shoul dbe 3.5 really). The chair itself is fine, though the original broke in a place where it should not have (seat bracket connecting it to the back snapped through the welded seam). Nonetheless, service was ok in the end, but had to escalate, including here, and initially could not find the right team. Hope this new chair lasts! Thank you

Comfortable, sturdy. Only issue is that the arm rests do not lock in place so they swivel easily.

Im 6'7 285 the chair is to narrow
Im 6'7 285 the chair is to narrow, the armrests are built into the chair and dont allow for any movement nor criss-cross seating at all. The lumbar which is why I wanted it hurt my lower disks and no matter how much you move it up, down, inflate, deflate, firm or soften it just doesnt feel right to me. If you are shorter or super thin it would be a good fit. As for the material its a quality chair and was easy to assemble I really really wanted the chair to work but it just isnt a good fit.

Super nice chair. Bought it for my shop I just built. My dad has Parkinson’s and I ended up getting all of his tools and his 62 Impala. Wanted a nice chair for him so I paid up and was worth the money. Nice looking chair too. My dad loves it. Gave it to him for Christmas. Definitely worth the money
