My Sire Z3 arrived when expected and in perfect condition. All I had to do was drop the action, tune up and I was ready to go.
This was my first online guitar purchase, so I was a little apprehensive. But my faith in Sire and Andertons was justified.

Problem in paying resolved.
I had a little trouble placing the order on line due to the page freezing while I was trying to pay.
My mind was quickly set at ease, once I had spoken to the store via a phone call.
I was assured that I wouldn’t end up paying twice, resulting in the transaction going through without a hitch.

Had a problem with original Behringer…
Had a problem with original Behringer speaker supplied and the issue was dealt with immediately and with no fuss, no questions asked. New speaker arrived within a couple of days. Now that's great service!

Brilliant. Could be even better.
Brilliant, great offer. There is always someone at the end of the phone to help. Andertons are my number 1 go-to for musical equipment.
Just a bit awkward about extending a warranty period for one of the things I ordered that I could not use/test until something else arrived from elsewhere. Thought they would extend it as it was a genuine request and my time was running out. Fortunately the other gadget arrived in time and everything worked well together.
Might be worth considering a bit of leniency for loyal customers. But maybe I was being a bit cheeky. John.

Fast Customer service
I ordered an East Coast guitar however after placing the order I realised that I had ordered the wrong model. I emailed customer services straight away with my error and the following morning they replied and amended the order to the correct guitar.
