Ordered a chocolate matcha cake which was nice but the other coconut, mango and passion fruit cake was disappointing as even on the first day of the cake arrival, the sponge was dense.

Always amazing delicious cakes , great delivery service. These cakes are expensive but worth every penny . You get what you pay for . Excellence. There no one better in my eyes .

I purchased the hero recipe and made it for the third time this weekend, and every time, without fail, it's an absolute hit! I've made the vanilla and the red velvet versions.

It's such an easy recipe - the way it's been done so everything is by weight and put into one bowl is so convenient, and they always come out soft, fluffy, and level (I never need to trim the tops!).
My only complaint is that it's so good, I'm getting roped in to making more cakes for family events now!

The hero sponge recipe is absolutely fantastic. I had been baking cakes for many many years before trying the hero sponge recipe and used more cake recipes than I could count. Never truly found one that I thought was the best. Until I tried the hero sponge recipe. Cost friendly without skimping on quality. Always gets so many compliments. Unreal, have been using for a couple of years now and whilst not a professional baker I’ve probably made close to 100 cakes in that time and it has never failed me. Will use forever!

We don’t often order birthday cakes as we generally find them too sickly and sweet but decided to order one for my Son’s 16th Birthday this year. From contacting Anges de Sucre right through to delivery was informative, easy and reassuring.
We were given full instructions on storage and what to expect. The cake was phenomenal, not at all sickly, moist, well designed, excellent portion sizes, and most importantly delicious! I wouldn’t hesitate in using Anges de Sucre again, you’ve converted us to cake lovers!

We had a tight deadline of less than a week and they were able to produce a stunning cake within our brief for that time. Would work with them again!

It was a very tasty cake for my wife's 40th birthday. She loved it!

Although it was delivered in a timely fashion, unfortunately the cake wasn’t great. The decorative icing literally tasted like pure butter and the sponge was a bit dense. Unfortunate as they were very responsive and had great customer service throughout but I won’t be ordering again

What I ordered vs what I received and I got only 25% refund which I thought was unfair. I have no way to upload pictures but I would have and it’s really laughable that you call that your best. I was disappointed on the day of my husband’s birthday and you show no remorse. I had ordered only that cake otherwise I would have gladly given you back the cake. Do better that’s all!

Bought the matcha oreo softie cake as a surprise for my partner and it was honest to god the most delicious cake we'd had all year. Central London delivery came on time and the cake arrived perfectly intact and gorgeously decorated, right down to the little custom message in icing. If you like matcha in baked goods this will not disappoint - the flavour balance is spot on, the sponge is light and fluffy and the Swiss meringue buttercream icing is so so yummy. My partner and I enjoyed the cake over the course of a few days - it kept really well in the fridge and we made sure to let the cake come up to room temperature before enjoying our seconds (really important for the buttercream icing!!). This was worth every penny and I'll definitely be buying future occasion cakes from Anges de Sucre!
