Beautiful looking cake, but very small in size and the cookies and cream sponge was dry and bland. I was quite disappointed in the taste, especially considering this cake was £140 and I’ve ordered from angesdesucre before and that cake from a few years ago looked and tasted amazing. Sadly this cake was not worth the high price.

Very sorry, but the cake was really disappointing. I know I asked to omit the white chocolate layer, but that was no excuse for the sponge being dry and the overall taste to be really bland.
Definitely not worth the exorbitant price!

The cake inside was dry. The 'white chocolate-hazelnut filling' literally tasted like nothing too. It was just sweet but it didn't taste like white chocolate or hazelnut.

The Frosting was nice though but it tasted more like a coffee-esque flavor rather than Nutella vs Bueno, which is the cake I purchased.

Great experience with angel de sucre and the cake, which arrived safely and on time, was out of this world! Thank you so much. Will certainly be ordering again.

The cake made for my partners 60th birthday was superb in all its detail with the taste just exceptional. Everyone wanted to know where this cake was made and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Anges de Sucre to anyone.

Legendary cake. We bought the Netflix and Chill chocolate cake for daughter’s birthday. It was phenomenal. Spectacular to see - everyone was amazed, taking pictures etc, the kids were stealing the popcorn on top, we felt bad cutting into it - but then the taste was fantastic. Choco cake was light, tasty and not too heavy / sweet. It took over a week to eat and was still good at the end. Beautiful.

I can't wait to try the formula for the Hero Sponge.

Excellent recipe! I’ve been baking for 20 years and this is the best sponge I’ve made! Only thing I’d adjust is baking times of larger cake - 35mins for 10” cake was nowhere near long enough but once baked it was perfect! Very happy, thank you!
