Horrible, all the characters I got were legit the same one with same face, and one had black hair, non of the characters were from that show, I reached out via email and still no one’s gotten back to me about it

SCAM. Promised a box of official demon slayer merch, it didn’t even come in a box. It was two extremely poorly made bootleg figures and nothing else. Did not respond to my request for a refund

The product was bent
I ordered a mystery box, but it took a long time to get to me. When the product finally arrived I was disappointed with the quality of the product considering the price. The most disappointing thing was that the swords were bent I tried to bend them back but they would not bend back.

First off, I ordered a mystery box in April. After going through customer service multiple times I found out that they sent my package to the wrong address and it was returned to sender without notifying me. Then once they offered the replacement package, there has been a delay in transport from California since June 15. I was supposed to get an update within 72 hours and I never got one more a reply when I asked for the update. I've just come to terms that I got scammed out of my money and will be telling everyone I can not to order from this website.

It took a couple weeks, but I received my package and it came with some really cute figurines. Very pleased and would totally order another one!

Cheap Chinese figure that never came in a mystery box...

Shipping took two months and all it ended up being was 2 cheap toys that were already falling apart.

Took forever to get and when they did arrive they honestly weren't worth the money. I figured they wouldn't be high quality figures but I could go else wjere obline amd get the same one for a fraction of wjat I paid for 2 boxes

I purchased an anime mystery box a few months back requested a refund, they said they processed it but I never received my money back or the mystery box

I ordered the box back in October 2021 and I didn't receive it till May 2022. Other than the long wait, I really enjoyed the stuff that was inside the box.

most figures i got were good and i really like how many i received but a lot were poor quality and looked weird or missed a lot of details or messed up some. other then that it was great!

Ordered my box on Dec 2021. They took my money and then sent out an email saying that there were "major card problems" and everybody will get their money back. To date (March 2022) I have neither received my package nor my money. When I tried to reach out to them MULTIPLE TIMES I was either stalled back or ignored.

My friend also ordered here and it arrived broken. It's also the same cheap stuff you can get on Amazon for half the price. He already wrote a review on their website but AnimeMystery deleted it. Don't buy there EVER.

The item is a LED light, and does not work. Also it is missing the remote.

I didn’t make any recent purchases but when I did a few months back the order didn’t come due to shipping problems which was okay so I got refunded and bought it again soon after but it again had some problems with shipping stuff so I got refunded and decided not to buy it anymore.

Bad communication. Package took over 2 months to arrive. Had to send emails multiple times. Diappointing Packaging (No mystery box)
