I ordered a device and it did not work…
I ordered a device and it did not work as expected. I tried to make a return but the shipping cost would set me out almost have why I paid for. That is ridiculous and outrageous. I don’t think I will be shopping online with anker in the future only in store from now on.

Quick ship and top quality
Speedy shipping even if the estimated time was longer.
My 10ft usb-c cable was packed well and I love that it has it’s chord keeper.
Also, I love Anker cable quality.

Won’t post to a UK address
This company doesn’t seem to be able to post to a uk address. I live on a Scottish isle, and after 5 weeks of excuses about delays or logistics. They finally told me it was because of my address. I offered them a solution which was to post to a UK mainland address, just outside London and again was told we couldn’t post to this address due to the lithium battery. If this is the case, they shouldn’t be advertising it to buy in the uk market. Absolutely terrible to buy from, don’t do it. Use BLUETTI as they have no issues posting within the uk.
