Shipping takes a long time
Shipping takes a long time, and they were out of stock of the main item I needed after I paid for it, so had to cancel & wait for the refund. Still waiting on the item I did pay for in shipping. It's been one week, but still have 4 days until it gets here. I live on the west coast.
I would say plan way ahead, and make sure they have what you need in stock before you buy, even if it says it's in stock.
Customer service was nice, the woman I spoke to did her job well.

I’m new to screen printing
I’m new to screen printing, they made the ordering process so easy, I requested proofs/ mock ups because I wanted to be sure I ordered correctly. My order for 6 screens was placed late on a Monday night, by Wednesday I received the proofs / mock ups, I approved right away and the screens were at my front door on Friday afternoon. I didn’t expect them to arrive so quickly. Additionally they were packed with such care, I ordered screens elsewhere previously and anthem completely blew them out of the water with professionalism, shipping speed/ care, and most importantly quality !
