We used Apark for our 3 vehicles when our family went to Australia they were all very friendly and delivery and pick up were great no waiting for drop off or pickup and our vehicles were at the gate ready and waiting 👍👌Thanks Apark for great service 👍 From the Toyne Family Wanganui

Apark lost a customer today.

Until today, I would have given the company a four star review but after my experience this afternoon, I would not even rate them a one star. I have used Apark three other times this year but this is also the first time I have had to hand my keys over. The carpark was absolutely full and two new rows had been created on the exit lane so had to park nose to tail in a queue. "Just park up there", I was told. I learned that this is why the keys had to be handed over. The driver to the airport kept tapping the brakes which meant I was jolted forward continually, even when stopped at traffic lights he would lift his foot on and off the brakes causing a jolting movement. That is certainly not passenger friendly behaviour. Upon my return the following day, I sent a text message to say I required collecting from the pick up point. I waited for a text response which had been my usual method, but this time I received no response. I sent another message but still no response. After 20 mins I then tried phoning. Still no response, only a voicemail that was full and couldn't take any messages. After trying again a few mins later I finally got through to someone who said the van would be there "shortly". A van with park appeared 10 mins later but did not stop and drove right past me despite me raising my arm to wave him down. The van did not enter the pick up area but instead stayed on the bypass through road. In disbelief, I made another call to the office and no reply. I waited 5 mins then called again. This time someone answered and kept calling me "bud" and wanted my registration plate number so the could get the car ready. Another 10 mins passed, this was over 50 mins wait time in total, a van appeared. He was frustrated as he said his radio wasn't working and was trying to phone the company to confirm my pick up but couldn't get through to the office. However when he did get through he then said to the office "do I need to go now to international?" We finally arrived back at the base and "surprise surprise" my car was not ready. In fact, they couldn't find my keys. There were cupboards full of keys. They could not find the entry in their computer either. I was able to identify my keys from a particular tag that made them visible but my car was not "in their system" I'll end on a positive note, that they did go and bring the car to the kiosk, but the whole procedure I experienced lacked any resemblance of professionalism.There was no apology offered for their slack service but I guess you get what you pay for and if you want cheap you will get a cheap service. Sad because after my experience today I will never use this company again.

Terrible experience, DO NOT USE. They do not provide shuttles, do not provide refunds even for extreme circumstances and they are very rude and awful people

Very poor communication right from the…

Very poor communication right from the start. English was poor and could not communicate. They then tried to make me park in a carpark space that had a broken tv in the space and also the space was so tight that i could not even exit my car once parked. I then told them that i would not park there due to the risk of my car being scratched so they showed me another park that was even tighter than the first to park my car. I had to go somewhere else and now they will not refund me so i will have to take this further and take it to small claims to get my money back. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

Uber: at a cost of from $15 LOL

One Star is Too Generous – Avoid APark at All Costs!

Absolute disgrace of a company. If you're landing after 7:30 PM, don't expect anyone to pick you up – they just stop operating and leave you stranded with no warning or assistance. I was left out in the cold, along with several other frustrated customers, all scrambling to find a way back to our cars.

APark has earned its reputation as the worst parking service near Auckland Airport – and for good reason. Other nearby parking companies regularly end up rescuing APark's abandoned customers. That should tell you everything you need to know.

To make matters worse, there are reports of cars being damaged or even stolen under their watch. Customer service is non-existent, and they clearly don’t care about the people who use their service.

It’s baffling how a company with this level of incompetence is still allowed to operate. Save yourself the stress and choose literally any other airport parking provider.

Wow no service provided by Apark

Wow! I don't believe what happened with APARK today! 12/7/25
I basically paid $20 for no service! Sorry this was for parking space at 5:am to 8:30pm
I will not use Apark again and I have to write this review for you
I was blessed with God's providence He provided an angel in the morning to ensure I got to the airport just in time for my flight and on my return He provided 2 angels Aeropark driver picked me up dropped their customer off then me but on arrival at Apark the gate was closed. Another Apark customer, back from China caught the yellow bus and walked 5mins. Luckily he had a pin to open the gate otherwise I wondered how long Apark would leave me stranded without an update

Avoid this company

Avoid this company! Text to say I had arrived at their premises, got a thumbs up, shuttle arrived 15 minutes later. On the way to the airport lady driver was texting while driving (I took 2 photos of her doing this) had my lap belt on, she wasn't watching where she was driving,
slammed on the brakes. My lap belt came loose, (i was in the seat behind the driver) I hit the ledge behind the passengers seat so hard, battled to walk. Long story short, paramedics at airport suggested I went for xrays on my shin..I hoped the swelling would go down, nope. Extremely painful. Will be having it looked at. On my way back I text to say I was ready for pick up. Waited FORTY minutes! Saying only had one van and one driver! Yup..different lady, also phone in hand while driving! One star.. only because the distance isn't too far from the airport!.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, very rude, unhelpful and you will have to wait upto an hour to get to the terminal despite the short distance as they run two buses an hour and stop many times so takes half an hour to get to terminal once bus arrives. Pot holes everywhere, not safe, very much a cowboy company, I didn’t leave my car there and they told me I could get a refund now they refuse it.

Wow, better than the reviews would lead you to believe

Wow, I read all the negative reviews (after I booked) but my experience was totally positive. First off my rego was recorded when I entered so everything was already after I parked my car and went to the office, nothing to fill in. Kept my car keys (never really trusted the places where you hand your keys over) and went away.

Came out the airport when I arrived, the yellow bus came soon after. The driver called out the name of every stop (it was dark and pouring rain). Got to the office, was greeted, got my car and left. Could not have been easier really.

I live up the Far North so have been using these parking places for a few years now. I've had all the problems of phoning for the shuttle only to wait for an hour or more for one to arrive. The Yellow Bus is really good, frequent timetable. The one I was was packed but heard the driver radioing for another shuttle to be laid on, like how good is that?

I'll be back here again

Poor Service

Staff didn't bother to provide a receipt for the bus trip to the airport and no information was sent to my phone... inconvenienced from the beginning
On return still no confirmation sent to my phone, I called for it to be sent so we could get on the bus meanwhile we missed 2 buses and still nothing
Fortunately bus driver said just hop in obviously used to this crap from APark

Wouldn't recommend.

Was unable to book the total number of passengers online.
Got to Apark, to find no one there. Had to ring and wait. Other customers who arrived also had to ring. Got ushered out of the office as there was only one person working and he didn't want us to stay in the office while he was sorting out another customer. The key organisation was in snaplock bags on a counter. No friendly service at all. Budget van to take us to airport. Was dropped off far away from international departure door.

Don't use them

APark is cheap for a reason. They have one van and one staff member. That means there are significant delays both getting to airport or getting back. I won't be using again
