I have used this company for a number of years without a problem...regrettably I will no longer. I returned back to NZ from a work trip abroad early September... I am supposedly considered a VIP Client as I leave my car for 6-8 weeks at a time. I noticed upon my arrival that the container that sits in the back of my SUV vehicle with my wet weather gear, winter clothing and shoes were missing. I have requested information from Jack the owner who has been fobbing off any plausible answer since my first correspondence on September 5. For a company that promotes 'secured CCTV operated premises' how is it that you cannot tell me what happened to a large plastic container of my personal items that went missing from my car with no forced entry?

Been using this business since at least 2015. Never again after today. The email instructions for meeting them after my flight home were completely wrong. They called and tried to tell me where to meet them but I couldn’t understand the instructions. They called again after I didn’t show and I tried to explain to them I needed more detailed directions and they got aggressive and abusive when I was trying to explain that and I was told they “don’t give an F word about what the email said”. They might be the cheapest park and fly company for Auckland Airport but I’m giving my money to someone else when I fly again in a couple of months.
We have been using this company for years when we go away, v. Friendly car always okay. Pick up great. Thank you Flypark and see you at new premises in October to many times
Not a professional company stay away the driver of the van that picks you up as somewhat erratic I witnessed him threatening another Driver by saying he would punch him out Company is cheap and nasty to me. It appears that a company that doesn’t abide by the law breaks the law.
Not a professional service at all. Might be a bit cheaper than other firms but it shows. Firstly we arrived at a very crowded site, nowhere to safely leave our car. No-one in reception, but garage door open so able to enter. Could have helped ourselves to keys which were scattered all over the counter. Rang the number and got a rude response. Waited for driver to arrive and he continued to be rude complaining that he was on his own and overworked. Thankfully he left and an older man with manners and appropriate customers skills took over. We worried about whether we would have a car to return to after what we witnessed.
We had booked a valet..... All I can say is what a rip off a 12 year old looking for pocket money could do better. We had to clean all the white residue off the plastic interior, and they had not even bothered with the back area of the seating and left a minor spillage we had made, and which could have been easily wiped away - we just ran out out of time- that's why we paid for it to be cleaned after all.
Return was also not the best. No instructions on booking pertaining to where you meet the van. We haven't been to the airport for a long time and was not aware of the 10 minute hike through a makeshift tunnel. At least it used up some of the time we had to wait for the shuttle.
In all a really poor service, being run on a shoestring. I personally applaud two of the guys working there for their professionalism and commitment but not the bad mannered one..I would recommend paying that bit more for one of the other firms and certainly don't pay for a valet.

Picked up our car after 2 weeks away. Auckland Airport has changed the shuttle parking and it is very confusing (and a long walk from the terminal). Anthony answered the phone quickly and his voice and manner were kind and calming - and helpful. Our pickup was fast and our car was fine. Everything went smoothly. We've used Flypark in the past and will use again.
I recently parked my campervan at Flypark for just under 2 weeks at a good price. Prior to making the booking I rang to check pricing and I was told "a bit more than a car". In the end I was charged 1.5 x car but I was fine with that. Other places charge 2 x. Given the number of "1 star" scores I was hesitant but in the end I'm happy to give "4 stars".

Exemplary service that you won’t find anywhere else. Not only did they call me to remind me that my flight was leaving soon but they went out of their way a number of times to ensure I caught my flights which I would have missed without them. Reliable, trustworthy and friendly service plus - they are always open. I wouldn't use anyone else for my Auckland Airport parking.
My wife and I traveled overseas for almost one month and left our motorhome here. The value for money and service we were given was great, end to end.
Service to the airport was fine however, the return was the most shockingly poor service we have ever received from anyone ever! An incredibly rude and borderline psychotic employee (Islander woman with scars on her face - avoid at all costs). We called her three times to pickup. She says she came three times and this was a blatant lie as we saw a multitude of other companies picking up their customers and some even coming more than once in the space of the 45 minutes we had to wait. She proceeded to call my wife a liar saying we were not waiting there when we clearly were. She arrived and was yelling at us when we had not been at all abusive to her or anything just demanding to know why we had to wait for so long. She called my wife a bi@#h and threw our stuff in the back of the van then demanded we get in the van. We did not agree to being treated like little kids and she had no right to the incredibly immature attitude. We took a taxi van at our expense to Flypark and then she was there waiting and just wanted to scream at us and swear constantly. Their staff was unhelpful and no one wanted to deal with the issue and told us to just get out. This is appallingly terrible service in this day and age and we'll be letting Fair Go know about this as I see we are not the only ones who have had the misfortune to deal with this company and probably their shockingly psychotic and immature employee. She should be fired!! DON'T DEAL WITH FLYPARK WHATEVER YOU DO!!!

I have used Flypark for About 15 years, I forget, maybe 40 times, there has always been reasonably quick service, considering the many timetable variables that they have to accommodate. They are my first call to book a park, always. I am very happy to recommend them. Some impatient people complain about a short wait, but you cant please everyone, its not a taxi, its a convenience shuttle service.

DO NOT BOOK!!! This company have taken my money - nearly $500 for a prebooking for Brisbane, they haven't refunded telling me my payment has declined, even though it has come out of my bank account and I have sent evidence of this!!! I haven't received a booking confirmation and my last 2 emails remain unanswered. I have had to lodge a dispute with my bank. If I could give zero stars I would. They've even tried blaming another company saying the other company take the payments and haven't passed it on. Then they have blamed problems with their own website. I'm sorry, but that's NOT my problem when I have evidence of the debit to my credit card!!! This company are blame shifters. This is NOT an Australian Company but it is in the Netherlands so good luck taking legal action against them!!! I get a dodgy "blame" email from them saying they will "see" about a refund! Seriously, this booking isn't for another three and a half months and the will "see" about it and yet I hear nothing and no retraction in my credit card account. Reply: Every time I try to get to the Au page, I am landing in this page everytime so obviously the Flypark page is landing me there so best take this up with them please

These guys have been my "go to" option for the last 5 or 6 years. I've never had any reason to go elsewhere. They are the best value for money, and have always had prompt pick up and drop off, as well as the odd curtesy call when it looks like I may have made a mistake with my booking (which on one occasion prevented me from missing a flight). The drivers and staff are always very friendly and helpful too.

Poor costumer service and left with no pick up overnight. I understand covid has a large part to play in this but the aggression and verbal abuse was not ok.
I arrived from Melbourne having been stuck for an extra 2 weeks due to quarantine free travel being paused. I was given business card when I left, fished this out and called the number which would be a total of 18 times over the next hour and no one answered. Initially I got on the wrong shuttle in my confusion, then when no one answered had to taxi to Flypark to find it completely shut and dark at 2am in the morning. I was a single female vulnerable in an industrial area and was told it was my own fault as I didn't search the website at 2am in the morning for the emergency numbers (which I didnt know about). I had a friend on the flight who turned around from driving herself back to Hamilton to pick me up from the closed dark gates where she was able to take me home.
On calling at 9am the next day (having had 3 hours sleep) I was verbally abused, told it was my own fault I should have searched the website for the emergency contact numbers and I would have been picked up in 10 mins. I also paid for a valet that was not carried out, I was told I would be refunded for this (I have not been refunded or contacted since the event on 11th June!).
When I arrived back in Auckland after frantically asking for someone to help drive me up to Auckland in the morning (still 3 hrs sleep). The guy who was at reception did apologize for not having someone answer the phone, I accepted this is difficult with "covid times", however to be left as a vulnerable female at 2 am in the morning with no one answering the phones or a promised pick up and then abused verbally over the phone for 15mins, this is why I'm writing this review. I would not put my safety in this company ever again or leave my car there.

I have used Flypark twice booked in for a third time this week. Both times I found the service excellent. It’s reasonably priced, guys are friendly and in my experience efficient. The first time I had difficulty finding the place because it was dark an early morning flight and pouring with rain. They rung me and guided back to their location. Since I was anxious I really appreciated their kind considerate manner.
We have used Flypark over several years and have been impressed with their consistent great service and personal customer relations. Just returned from a trip south and a quick call saw the shuttle arrive within about 10 minutes. You are recognised as a person not by a number! The car was all ready to drive away.
