Work really nice just if you get it you will need a better house to play newer vr games

I contacted your company to get the status of an order I placed with your company. The response I received was an email to rate my experience. I have not received a response back on the status of my purchase or the item but you want me to rate my experience. I can not give positive feedback when there has been no response from you on the status of the product I purchased your company.

I ordered an SSD and while it certainly has taken a longer amount of time than anticipated for my order to be processed and still pending delivery, Apex customer service has been beyond helpful and informative. Considering how they've handled the situation i could see myself ordering from them again.

This is my second PC with Apex Gaming, and they never fail to impress me with my purchase. Their team was quick to inform me of the order and held a personal call to ensure my desires with the computer were met, even providing recommendations for improvements or alterations to the PC to ensure optimal experience.

Brady, systems engineer, specifically provided detailed reasons for the recommendations that were still within my budget. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new computer!

Instructions were clear, PC is great!

The pc does all I want it to do it plays and mods games and has been working as I get into coding I've clocked probably a dozen hours of tf2 already haha

The rig arriving 100% ready to play was super helpful, and completely made up for the long back order time due to difficulty to receive parts

My biggest critique is with the delivery. Considering how much the device is worth, I was unable to change the delivery time. It was delivered mid morning while I was at work. Thankfully, I had a trustworthy neighbor receive the parcel. Also, it took almost a month from order to reception. Feels a bit long.

The pc came at a reasonable time and was up to standard the little assembly I had to do was intuitive and had a guide just in case it wasn't.
The team stayed in contact with me on a bi weekly basis updating me about the build process when the pc was being made.

They are good at replying. I am using the rent to own option they just started. It seemed like it was a new process for them. They kept me updated about all of it and when they had to change things. My only complaint was I had to keep refilling things out. I understand why tho.

The process went smoothly and Brady was a big help in that! He helped with all the changes I wanted to make and gave me great recommendations. Thanks Brady!

The expert knowledge and professional manner has been extremely helpful as I know next to nothing about computers

I’m relatively new to PC’s and PC gaming. I’m more of a gun guy. I don’t know much about computers, their parts or how they work. Regardless, I wanted a nice PC that had good reviews through a well known company that is reputable. You guys at Apex have accomplished all that for me. Brady, absolute stud. He’s taken a lot of time to recommend parts to me, explain what they do and how they’d affect my gaming experience and what to consider when looking into parts. He’s been pretty patient with me and has communicated timely and thoroughly about the process and the progress so far. You guys need to give Brady a raise or something, he’s the reason why I’ll come to you guys when I want to upgrade my PC. I’m stoked for my PC and when I get it, you guys will have my loyalty as your customer and consumer. Thank you guys and thank you Brady, for being genuine, and taking the time to teach me.

The site was very simple to use, the checkout process was easy, and the customer support was very informative and helpful!

The PC suggestions were amazing. Choosing the optional parts was easy and the PC was delivered great and runs fantastic.

Side note I damaged the mother board installing the graphics card so I got it fixed I didn't want to bother with the return shipping and it was a simple and cheap fix.

He was quick in helping me get to the bottom of what's right for me in figuring out which DDR5 rig i wanted to start with.

My PC was having issues, actually has been for about 3 years, and my brother had his sent in for the same issue right after we got them, but I missed the memo lol… Today I wanted to play a game with some friends and my computer was having more issues than ever!! Thankfully Robert F helped me solve the problem quicker than I ever thought it would take, and he gave me some tips on what to do if the solution stops working again!! I really appreciate all the help!

Customer support was easy to work with and talking directly with someone about upgrades helped immensely! Computer works great as well, so overall a very positive experience!
