No more Europewide shipping

No more Europewide shipping
They used to ship to Denmark and Europe, now they only ship within Germany, which I don't see any valid reason for a decision like that.
It seems they have been taken over, and by the looks of the other reviews, have declined and are no longer reliable.

I gave 5 stars for old Apo Rot from Hamburg, never bought after they split into multiple sites...I was an old customer from abroad, very happy with their service and price.I don’t know why they chose not to deliver abroad anymore, but only within Germany...
It is a loss for us, those in need...

No customer service!

No customer service!

I cancelled an order twice through email. And been ignored.
Have been on the phone for an hour to their customer service.
Customer service hung up on me first time (perhaps because they recognized my number from the cancellations).
Second time they said, they didn't speak English - yet they expected me to understand German (?)

Now they have send a package, and the only thing lft is to refuse to recieve it. But they will probably charge me anyway.

If so, I am not going to deal with them again, even though they have been fast - maybe too fast - to send goods in the past ...

Have been trading at Apo-Rot.de for a…

Have been trading at Apo-Rot.de for a couple of years, with full satisfaction. Suddenly I can't shop any more, but are referred to a Danish website where the prices of my products are 63% higher. Not okay. Have tried to write to them, to reopen the contact, but are totally ignored, and receive no response despite reminders. Unusually poor service

No information/communication with customer, outstanding delivery, bad service

Order online 5.5.2019: No delivery. Had outstanding delivery with urgent medication, called after 6 days. Even though it said on the website in my account that the order was processed, the man on the phone told me, there was no order due to technical problems. After quite a while, I checked again, finding "order complete" within my account as stats. No delivery, waiting a few more days. I checked a last time today 21.05.19: no delivery, my status said: "order is processed" and - surprisingly only one of the three products ordered was listed. I called: unfriendly lady, telling me the other products couln´t be delivered. When complaining that I did not even get an answer on my mail which I had written the 15.05.19, she kicked my out of the phone.
apo-rot: never again, the deliveries before had taken three to four days delivery time, other pharmacies are faster. Also: terrible service, unfriendly, customer is left on his own, no information/communication.

Partial delivery - payment not refunded - no response

Very disappointing service. We prepaid an order and only received a partial shipment. No response from the customer service. If you call they say send an email including pictures. But unfortunately no response at all.
They choose to ship with GLS which is a very slow delivery service. They ask lot's of patience from the customer, because it takes very long to receive a shipment. And on top of that when something is wrong with the delivery, the customer service doesn't follow up the claim.
Now we'll have to see how to claim the remaining payment back.
I'd not recommend to order at Apo Rot!

- According to GLS-trackingcode of your parcel, we have send out your parcel on 11.06 and it was handed over to you on the 13.06, which is an avarage shippingtime from Germany to the Netherlands.
- In context of our internal quality management, we document cases like these to improve our processes. Accordingly, we needed a photo of the shipment sent.
- Please notice, that we have send you an extra-delivery on 15.06 right after we received the documentation.
We regret the circumstances and would be glad if you would give apo-red a new chance.

I got what I ordered

I got what I ordered, packed in a decent packing. What can I say more. There's certainly one thing that can be improved, get a better delivery service. It took GLS almost a week to deliver from Germany to the Netherlands and they don't work in the weekends. So do not order things at apo-rot if you need it the next day.

Expensive and poor service

Super expensive on their new Danish site. What a rip-off compared to the old site - and you can't even choose to use the old one like other companies attempting the same expensive-for-customers-strategy despite everything will do. Apo-Rot will attempt (poorly) to explain that it's a tax issue, but obviously DK doesn't differ from the remaining EU countries who can still shop on the original site.

I placed an order on June 1st and received confirmation that items would arrive in 2-3 days. On June 8th I sent an e-mail asking what happened to my order as I hadn't even received notification of dispatch. On June 9th I receive an e-mail (in German) saying that they have issues with one of the items, and that I'll have to wait further. Finally on June 14th (two weeks after I ordered the items), I'm notified that the parcel has finally been shipped.

On June 18th I track the parcel only to see that they've chosen GLS/home delivery, which means that I not only have to wait for the parcel to be dropped off at some far away pick up spot, but also jave to face another delay.

Unacceptable poor level of customer care

Always was a happy and settisfied customer of Apo-rot.de.
There was never any issues with orders. Now appired a branch with danish domein “.dk” and the very first order arrived with diffect. Very not professional and poor quality Customer Service (from English/Danish speeking person).
I guess, if they want to stay in Danish market, adding a domain is not enought, could be a great idea investing in a slightly more professional personnel and following the legal practisies of EU trading lows.
Very not pleasant (bizzare) and dissapointing experience! Minus one loyal customer, but acording to conversation with Anette, seems, they culdn`t care less...
Save you time and money, shop somewhere else where they follow legal practicies and take care of customer services. Because if it`ll happen to deal with Apo-rot customer service - the level of absurd is ridiculous.

No problems, fast delivery

I can say my first experience with apo-rot.de was great. I needed a product that in Italy it's both difficult and expensive to find, while on apo-rot.de was available and even cheaper. I just had some doubts about delivery cost to Italy (on the website it wasn't clear), so I contacted them. They answered quite quickly, so I placed my order. No problems and fast delivery. Even in Italy. If I'll need it, I'll surely have other orders.

Great service, fast delivery

Here's really one of the best internet-pharmacy. The prices are in general much more cheaper than other Internet pharmacies and the customer services (with English) are also very friendly and great. :)

Great prices, quick delivery, excellent service

Have used apo-rot.de many times over the past 4-or-so years and have always been completely satisfied with their service, prices, delivery times etc. so no complaints from me.
One small thing though, I still haven't found out how to set delivery address to be different from the invoice address.

Great service - NO security on Credit Card - Keep away from this comp.

I purchased Lactrase-pills, which had a very good price compared to Danish prices.
The one good thing about this company:
* The goods are delivered quickly, and have high traceability.
The bad things.
* I needed to change my order, as I happened to order the wrong type of pills (say from A to B). I couldn't find a way to change my order, wherefore I wrote to the info-mail. They responded quickly, but Instead of changing muy order from A to B, it became A+B.
I didn't want both A and B - which I wrote explicitly to them. However, I got no respons whatsoever.
The Very scary part about this company:
* They managed to change the amount debited on my card, without me having to do anything. This means, they have stored information on the credit card locally (opposed to normal e-commerce, which uses a broker)
You should never deal with such companies.
* They don't respons to my mails, requesting them to remove my credit-card information from their systems.

Don't know what to do from here - probably have to revoke my creditcard.

Fast and easy

Absolutely no problems when ordering from Apo-rot and the prices are much cheaper then in Denmark.. The articles were shipped the day after i ordered it. I will recommend you to ship it to your firm adress, because UPS only delivers face to face.

If you order a big quantity remember that above 40 euros, the freight is for free... I will def. order from Apo-rot again

Super fast shipping

I ordered some deodorants from Apo-rot since i could not find them in shops here. Not only were they cheap, they also arrived the next morning (to Copenhagen). I was pretty impressed since I had placed my order the day before in the afternoon. I would def. recommend them.

Jeg bestilte nogle deodoranter fra Apo-rot da jeg ikke kunne finde dem i butikker i Danmark eller England. Jeg bestilte dem om eftermiddagen og de ankom den følgende formiddag - og så var de tilmed billige. Jeg kan kun give dem en god anmeldelse!
