Ordered a hamburger, friend ordered chicken breast, food is awesome! Wish I could say the same for employees and the Manager. Took 40 minutes to get the order. Got up and ready to leave. Manager seated us.Another Guy seated after us sat across from us ordered ribs he was Half done with his meal before the food showed up. Waitress said want see a manger. Manager was rude when I said 40 minutes for a hamburger then said you haven’t been here that long so nice of him to call me a Liar! Told him to keep his food! I wouldn’t recommend Brighton Applebees to anyone. Same order at Village Inn took 10 minutes from the time the order was placed to the time it landed on the table. Choose wisely.

keith was my server and he was very nice and attentive. The meal was delicious and just right.

My Family and I were travelling from Cleveland to Buffalo and stopped in to the Dunkirk, NY location for a quick lunch. I have been to Applebee's locations previously, but this has a real hometown feel. The staff greeted us right away and sat us, the wall's are decorated with pictures of the local high school's achievements and gives you a nostalgic felling of times past. The server was friendly and the drinks and food were both quick to the table and delicious.

This was a great experience and when I am in the area again I will be stopping in.

My friend and I get together every couple of weeks and typically meet at Applebee's in Dawsonville GA for some beers, burgers, and catch-up on life. Almost always, the staff is amazing and friendly, the burgers are delicious, the beer is ice cold, and the atmosphere is perfectly okay for a chain restaurant. And as a bonus, the bathrooms are clean. A shout out to Stephanie who is normally our server...you are a wonderful person and we appreciate you!!!

Haven't been for awhile. Use to go all the time years ago. Went tonite cause they had 1$ margaritas (dollaritas). Well, they forgot to bring our salads, then charged us 7.95 for the margaritas. When I inquired about the margarita, I was told that we didn't say dollarita! Ok, guess we won't be back!!

Got the chicken parmesan with the fettuccine noodles and honestly, wow. I have never been more disappointed in my entire life. The white sauce smelled like a mix of funky toes and toilet. The chicken was harder than my cats’ food and the taste and smell of the red sauce… genuinely. I gagged. Brushing my teeth and scrubbing my lips have not been enough to remove this horrific scent. I wouldn’t give this meal to my worst enemy.

Went to the Applebee's at 165 E Nine Mile Road in Pensacola Florida today 1 July 2026 at 11:00am, opening time. I was with a group of about 25 people.

Positive:
The food was good.
The waitress and all the staff were friendly.

Not so good:
They assigned a young lady that was on her first day as a waitress. It took 20 minutes to take my drink order and 40 minutes before I was served my drink. Some people in our group did not get there drinks for almost an hour. Placed my order at around 45 minutes. Some people in our group received there food around 1 hour. Around 55 minutes the waitress came back to my table to ask me what I had ordered. The restaurant had a few more employees help serving drinks. Received my order around 80 minutes.

The check came with the person I was sitting with and my bill combined. The bill was also incorrect because the $9.89 lunch special was charged at $16.95. I paid my $8.40 bill with a $20.00 bill. The waitress asked if I wanted my change.($10.60) I said NO, I am not giving you a $10.60 tip for a $9.00 check and it was improper to ask. She said they were told to ask that question. She gave me $11.00 dollars change instead of $11.40

What kind of restaurant manager assigns a brand new waitress to serve a large group on there first day?

Warning to parents and families visiting Wentzville Applebee's. This evening, the restaurant served an alcoholic beverage to my underage daughter. Because we completely trusted staff, the drink was shared among five other underage kids (15-20) before the error was caught by chance after asking for a to-go cup. My daughter was supposed to be the driver for our family tonight. Had we not asked for a to-go cup, an underage driver would have been on the road with alcohol in her system. When we brought this to the staff attention, there was no management involvement, no formal apology, and no adjustment to our bill. In fact, they allowed my underage daughter to pay the final ticket, charging us full price for the drink they illegally served her. Please be incredibly careful if u bring ur children here.

First off server was new, he did amazing.
I ordered the Lemon Parmesan Chicken. $17.99. What a rip off. The chicken had no sauce on it, tasted like plain chicken. So I asked the server for extra sauce. He came back and said the cook said he put some on it, but here. It was watery, tasted like the real lemon juice you buy in a jar. Was nasty. Did not look anything like advertised, very disappointed. Don't waste your money.

The all you can eat is a joke shrimp and ribs took a hour , not happy

I ordered beef Nachos, which I have not had for years, there were not as good as I remembered. the beef was tough, little cheese. the topper was a piece of hair laying on the food.it did come with a sauce, cheese I guess. Very disappointed with an Applebee's I used to like.

Food was good. Service was great.

Our family came in and it has been a few weeks but we had the best service food was great and it was the best time we had our server took the time to listen to our kids and made them smile. She was right on with refills and what ever we needed. Our server was Crystal. We have had her many times and she really is best server there. We ask for her every time. Last week we where there and she wasn't so we tried and our service was not so good. Food was ok but we really wanted Crystal. If she isn't there the kids don't want to stay so we go some where else. We will look for her next week. Crystal is wonderful and all around the best server we have had there.

I came in today to make a to-go order, it was the worst tasting burger I have had. It tasted as if it was cooked days ago, dry and falling apart.

Service was great, our host Miranda was very kind and very polite!

During my 3+ years with the company, I remained committed to my role, consistently showing up, taking on additional responsibilities, and supporting operations when there were staffing or performance gaps. One of the main reasons I stayed was because of the meaningful friendships and relationships I built with coworkers.

However, over time I experienced ongoing concerns regarding workplace professionalism, communication, and feeling supported by management. I raised concerns multiple times about workplace issues and conflicts, including interactions with a coworker whose behavior made me uncomfortable, but I did not feel those concerns were taken seriously or addressed proactively.

Eventually, after repeated unresolved concerns, I felt the need to stand my ground and create space during a confrontation when a coworker got in my face and crossed personal boundaries. At that point, I felt management response came too late, and I was later told leadership was unaware of prior concerns because issues had not been properly communicated upward. This contributed to feeling unsupported and unsafe in the work environment.

I valued the people I worked with and appreciated the relationships built, but I believe stronger accountability, communication, and earlier intervention from management could have created a healthier and safer workplace.

We waited for over an hour for our food!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service and delicious food. Didn't have to wait long.
