The Applebees in Pooler , Ga SUCKS ! The wait is ridiculous the service is horrible the food was half way decent . Once we finally got the food (from start to finish 1.20min to get food !

The food has dropped in quality since it first came to my town. I will say that anytime I get food that is over the top bad, the manager handles it immediately. But when you order a Caesar salad and it comes with cheddar cheese thats a huge red flag

Went to Applebee's for my birthday May 12, 2026 in Vancouver Wa. our server was pleasant but manager could care less. All she did was walk around and did not even great anyone. I ordered the Fish & Chips meal. When I got it the fries were so bad they looked like limb noodles (Obvious not crispy ) I bit into the first ( fish skinny stick ) It was cold Watery inside an Mushy. Their fish is Frozen (Not Fresh) sent it back as it could not be eaten raw. Asked for a different order of Orential Chicken Salad ( I think they are cutting their orders in half as this salad was very skimpy ) What happened to the Good Old Applebee's?

Just went and picked my order from Applebees. I ordered the blackened shrimp Alfredo and baby back rib slab and fries. Okay the ribs good, but how you gone get Alfredo with no sauce. When I I tell you HARDLY any sauce. Dry noodles. The fries cold as ice. This was supposed to be my Mother’s Day meal. Disappointed.

My Applebee’s experience does not deal with dining in an actual restaurant. I purchase Applebee’s gift cards and have my food delivered to my residence. I’m not mobile to a Applebee’s restaurant. I usually purchased a gift cards through my warehouse club and save money that way. However, Applebee’s had a recent Mother’s Day promotion where if you weren’t on a certain date for every $50 gift card you purchased you got two additional $10 Applebee’s gift cards. Let’s just say ordering online is virtually impossible. I use different payment methods, etc. etc. and none of my purchase attempts gift cards were successful. I downloaded the Applebee’s app for my desktop. Purchasing those gift cards again did not work at first, but I somehow got lucky after a couple hours and my purchase went through. I know I must be insane that attempting to purchase gift cards for that long online. Guess I was determined. Anyway, I emailed Applebee’s to let them know about this issue. Instead of acknowledging that yes there is an online issue with all required. I get this can’t response from one of their customer service reps because I see your order went through. I responded that they should address the issue because it should not be as difficult to order gift cards online. Yes it’s convenient to order Applebee’s food to be delivered. But now having second thoughts on it and I might just change restaurants. Shouldn’t be as difficult to place an order online for gift cards. Or I’ll just instead resort back to purchasing my Applebee’s gift cards from Costco.

Grand haven Applebees is a hidden gem with great food and service. Great staff and management team.

My wife and I, both 72 years of age, made the major mistake of ordering a rack of babyback ribs from the Marion Oh. Applebees. They were the worst ribs I have ever been served.

I have to give Applebee’s credit for their Perfect Margaritas because they really are perfect. They’re smooth, refreshing, and mixed just right, not too weak, not too overpowering, and never overly sweet. It’s the kind of drink that feels consistent every time, which I really appreciate.

Whether I’m stopping in for dinner, appetizers, or just a casual night out, the Perfect Margarita is always a go-to. It’s flavorful, well-balanced, and makes the whole Applebee’s experience feel a little more fun and relaxing. Definitely one of my favorite drinks on the menu!

My fiancé and I were celebrating Valentine's on Saturday and decided to go to Applebee’s as we are both pescatarians and the last time we had a meal there about 14 months ago it was great. Unfortunately on this occasion it did not live up to half of my expectations. Upon arriving at 8pm we had to wait for our table which was not a problem. When we were finally seated we are asked if we would like water and we said yes spring water would be fine. We waited at our table for over 30 minutes before anyone came to even take our order. Still no water arrived. When reminded we finally got the bottle of water 40 mins later. We were seated at the back of the restaurant against a wall at a table for 2 people, very intimate and cosy but very draughty and cold too. You could feel the cold air coming through the wall. The restaurant is quite noisy and the tables are very close and tightly packed together. You can hear the other guests conversations cos of the close proximity of the tables. The service was appalling! I complained about the wait to be served and was given a pathetic apology of the restaurant being busy. I told them that that was a very poor excuse and it was not good enough as my fiancé and I had travelled for 2 hours to get to Applebee’s to have a lovely romantic meal and to enjoy good food. Speaking of which I was so disappointed with my meal. I hardly ate any of it. The food was definitely not as good as it was the last time I was there. It was bland and flavourless and the presentation was dull and uninspiring. I eat with my eyes and if the meal doesn’t look appetising I don’t want to eat it. You will see what I mean when I post my photos. I had the Brown Crab Rarebit for starters. I couldn’t taste any crab at all. It was a glorified cheese on toast sandwich on one slice of bread and it didn’t have any flavour. For my main meal I had the Seafood Skewer. It was bland and tasteless and looked very unappetising on the plate. The best thing about my meal was the triple cooked chips! I didn’t travel for 2 hours to eat chips on Valentine's night! I could have stayed home and done that. I wish I had! This restaurant is not cheap so I expect a decent service and good quality food and drink. The meal cost just under £170 for two of us and we only ordered a starter and a main course each with a leaf salad. They had the cheek to add on a service charge to our bill which I had taken off. A placatory perfunctory apology and a free amaretto did not make up for the dismally poor service and tasteless food. I don’t even like amaretto. They have lost a customer as I will not be going back to this restaurant and I will tell all of my friends, family and work colleagues not to go there too. There are some great seafood restaurants in the UK and sadly this is NOT one of them.

Our Waitress BB Gave Us The Best Service we’ve Had In A Very Long Time , Food Came Out Hot And In Good Timing . Everything Was Great

If there was a zero I would have picked zero! We waited almost an hour for our food and there was only 4 other customers, so they weren't even busy. I asked where's our food? The waitress went and got it, finally and told me to be cautious because the plate was hot... because it sat under the light forever. She tried to tell me it just came up, lies! It was all dried up and uneatable. I ordered chicken breast and rice. My husband ordered a hamburger, neither of which take an hour to cook. The waitress was rude, and made rude comments to my husband because he couldn't decide fast enough for her. That women needs fired!!! His hamburger was horrible as well. Also she was to busy standing around talking and laughing with her coworkers and not paying any attention to us. That's exactly why my plate was so hot, you don't plate something on a hot plate, unless it's a sizzling skillet meal, not rice and a chicken breast. So think about it... how long did that plate sit under that light to make my plate so extremely hot. We left and will never go back to any Applebee's and I don't suggest anyone going to the Applebee's in New Philadelphia, Ohio.

Every dish very fresh, salads appetizers, service very friendly and clean, bathrooms included.

I always have a great time at this location. The GM Ms. Marinda is very friendly and professional. I have no complaints. I'm glad to see that the staff has gotten better to what it was last year. I'm always satisfied. Wish you all would add egg rolls to your menu

We visited the Applebee's in Winter Haven, FL. today. It had 28yrs since we had gone there because of a really bad experience and never returned again until today. We had been seeing the advertising on TV about the OM Cheese burger, so we thought we would give it a try after all these years. Well nothing has changed over the years and I should had checked their reviews here before giving them another try. Don't make the mistake and order that OM Cheese burger. The meat is burnt and there is so much cheese that the whole burger sticks to the plate and you have to pry it out with a fork and then see how burnt the cheese is underneath. This was the first time ever I had to walk out of a restaurant and not pay the bill. The waitress couldn't blame us, but management wasn't willing to do anything about the bill. The waitress wanted to only charge us for the appetizer because it was fine and we ate that. Things didn't even start off good as the person who seated us did not give us any silverware and neither did the waitress. My husband had to get them from another table where people had left and didn't use there's and since they were totally wrapped up, he got them from that table. We waited over 40-mins for our food and there barely was anyone even in the restaurant, so it shouldn't had took that long and because it did, that's probably why the meat was burnt like it was. The waitress wasn't that good either and we had to keep waiting on her to get things for us, so when she brought the bill and said they wouldn't do anything about it, we just got up and walked out without paying. Obviously we never return to that Restaurant ever again. Their food is awful and the service isn't much better either.

Brielle at Port Saint Lucie Applebees was a amazing server. Very knowledgeable and professional and polite.I was joined by my father for dinner and she made our night. We will be back for sure

I had a great experience…went to have dinner and drinks with some friends and the server Emylee was very friendly and provided excellent service. Food came out fast and drinks were great. It’s a friendly environment to relax with friends and family 😊

I spent $8 tipping on a $15 order and I have learned my lesson. I ordered a salad and half way home I decided to check. There was no salad dressing so had to turn around in traffic and go back. They have no care or concern about people spending money and choosing their restaurant.
