When I phoned, the different options were clear. The wait time was 22 minutes, not brilliant, but I used the call back facility which made better use of my time.
Jennifer was helpful and efficient in finding my records. I know the model of shower I have, and there is a record of what was installed, but still had to go through confirmation of what it looked like - which seemed unnecessary.
The next available appointment was 15 days away, which was a bit disappointing.
