Worst experience in my 56-year old life, considering buying stuff.
Scam buisiness through and through.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TIS COMPANY. EVER.

Try also to check what their satisfaction guarantee consits of, since it is totally empty.
They don´t give a sh*t ´bout nothing than your money.

I placed an order with Aqualux Products Ltd and initially faced some frustration with the delivery and communication as my order didn't arrive within the expected timeframe. I attempted to contact them via email and phone but found it challenging to reach a representative. Eventually, I learned that there might be some internal issues within the company affecting operations. I'm hopeful for a resolution soon, as their products are usually of good quality based on past experiences. With clearer communication, my rating would improve. Four stars for their previous service and product quality.

I placed an order with them at the end of Aug 24, they have dissappeared since and I haven't received my goods. No answer to emails or calls. The company seems to have gone into administration so not expecting much to happen...

Ordered a part which didn’t arrive, have emailed and got no reply. Tried to call but the call doesn’t connect. The company seem to have disappeared with my money!

Order spare part 7 days ago. Delivery is meant to be within 4 days but haven't heard anything yet. Need the delivery to complete a job. No response to email. Phone number doesn't work. They seem to be impossible to contact! Maybe will get a response to this? Please update me about when this delivery will be or how to arrange a refund if you don't have the part. Thanks.

Ordered replacement seal pack ssp048 on 02/09/2024. Website says orders delivered within 4 days.No delivery. Phoned, no answer so I left my contact details as requested for a call back. This hasn't happened. Found a couple of email addresses and emailed. One email returned as undeliverable. No reply from the other. Look up the official website and it says account suspended. They have my money I have no spare parts and the company appears to be uncontactable. ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

Awful they had my money for over a week would not authorise the courier to deliver shower doors. Bought 29/7 said 1-2 days delivery, still nothing and no refund 7/8. Would not tell me why and I am out of pocket as builder charging a daily rate x 4 days.. Small claims court coming up. No communication or apology. Do NOT buy anything from them.

After 2 other companies let us down re a delivery Aqualux came to the rescue.. unfortunately we ordered the wrong height and Shawni came to the rescue on what was a very stressful situation. The customer service is 2nd to none...cannot rate the product as currently in swap over mode but so far cannot praise Aqualux and their customer support team highly enough.

I bought a corner entry shower screen and was very surprised at the quality with 6mm glass at a very good price. (actually ordered thru the B and Q website). On delivery there was a small hiccup but Aqualux were on the ball and resolved the issue quickly. The delivery was prompt and their delivery company were also good.

I bought an Aqualux shower enclosure last year and now need a replacement part. I have been informed by Aqualux that my product has now been discontinued and they can supply no spare parts, this despite it having a 12 year guarantee! So I am left with a product I cannot use. Also I was told by Aqualux that the enclosures are only designed in the UK and made abroad, despite their website clearly stating to the contrary. Very poor aftersales and customer service.

I ordered a shower through Screwfix, had to wait 2 days for delivery, which was on time, but the quadrant shower that was to be fitted, there was only the glass and no frame. Phoned to complain as it was there error, they have sent another shower, but whoa behold, have to wait another 2 days for delivery. Had to stand my plumber down, and pay him. No compensation was offered, just an apology.

Professional plumber Installed one of their frameless quandrant showers and the doors didnt meet at the bottom as the left door is warped. They initially advise their engineer was out and sent an email with typical issues none of which applied as the door is warped. No call from the engineer or company having tried to contact a number of times now.

I had an issue with some parts that were faulty, Shawni Cottee delt with the problem swiftly and efficiently, and the spare parts were with me next day.Fantastic customer service, and the shower quadrant looks great

Total shambles of a company, from the moment the order was placed Aqualux played their part in turning this into a complete nightmare. Wrong delivery details sent to the courier, delivery instructions for the drop off not sent at all .
Will definitely not use them again and shall advise all my contacts to do likewise.

Bought the shower enclosure and tray from toolstation.reported the tray is not flat and asked for the replacement. The supplier blame of the 30 years experienced plumber has installed in the wrong way.

He didn't apply the whole layer of 10mm mixture of the cement and sand. Because he want to know how bumpy the tray is. I have sent the picture about it. The tray is too bumpy to lay on. You just ignore the fact of bumpy tray and blame of the method he used.

I made a recent purchase of two Aqualux items via a third party only to find my order being cancelled. Upon contacting Aqualux directly it came to light the order got cancelled due to the third party still advertising and, in my case, selling me a product no longer available from Aqualux. The customer services team at Aqualux couldn't do enough for me to rectify the situation and ensure my order was reinstated with the correct superseded items. I received my order within a couple of days. I normally wouldn't single out any individual however, on this occasion I feel I should. Hanna certainly went above and beyond to keep me update throughout the entire process and I can't thank her enough for all the support and help she gave me throughout. Many, many thanks.
