So impressed with them from start to finish of my order. Great website, fantastic communication via email during my order, and most importantly, beautiful plants that arrived in perfect condition. Our tank has never looked so good. I'm already planning my next order.

I've bought from this company many times and I've had zero complaint. Their plants are top quality. Individually bagged and wrapped in bubble wrap. Where approprate, protected by a tray. The prices, I feel are reasonable for the quality of the plant you get. Delivery is very swift and reliable!

My only "could be better" would be to maybe branch or advise into plants that could be good for ripariums or paludariums which are becoming increasingly popular. I do think that a lot of the plants are available but to have a separate filtered section as you have done for the terrariums.

I am fortunate enough to live locally to Aquarium Gardens so can normally visit whenever I want or need anything. Dave and his team have exceptional knowledge of the hobby and are always willing to spend the time to share it.
The selection of plants, hardscape materials and dry goods provide ample choice. The store has two aquascaping dojos allowing experimentation with the various hardscape materials. The team seem happy to offer advice with design or allow the space for personal creativity to flourish. These elements combined make for an enjoyable shopping experience.
Due to lockdown I have also had to use the mail order system and even with the stretched postal service was impressed with my "30-inch jungle pack", currently all plants are growing well in my small high tech tank. I cannot recommend Aquarium Gardens highly enough and do so whenever given the opportunity.

Firstly, great website with great info on live plants, far better than just buying any old plant from a lfs. Easy to navigate site to find just the right plants for any level set up.
Royal Mail had a blip with deliveries, and one of my orders didn’t arrive within stated time frame, customer service was first class, they resent order which arrived within 2 days, then my original order arrived, I notified them, they had no qualms with me keeping all plants. Ordered more live plants again this week, Arrived within 3 days, plants again came in great condition.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you.

My word... where do you start. Visited these guys weekend just gone- This shop is amazing. Iv hunted high & low for Aquascaping specialists. The range & quality of plants is out of this world.
Dave, Steve & Tom in here are by far the most knowledgeable specialist I have ever come across. Its well worth the drive if these guys are a little out for you.

Online ordering was simple with good communication.

Super quick delivery (even under the Coronavirus pandemic).

The delivery was spilt into 2 packages but I only paid one £3.00 delivery charge.

Good service, good products.

The shop is beautiful, the aquascapes are stunning, the gear is all high-end and Dave and Steven are the most helpful guys ever... always willing to help you out. I've lost count of how many times I've emailed them queries about my aquarium and I always get a helpful response.

This is without a doubt the best centre for all aquarium needs. As my local high street aquarium centre is rather deficient, especially for plants and aquascape products, I decided to try online ordering. What a brilliant company! The plants advertised for sale online are organised into levels of ease of maintenance and within each category whether the plant is suitable to back, middle or front of aquarium or whether it floats or will grow as a carpet. Red plants also in own category. Full descriptions provided. The plants I received were securely packaged, extremely healthy with strong roots and NO SNAILS not even one. The Sellers are likewise outstanding - they get in contact with the customer if there are any concerns their end whatsoever and respond immediately to any concerns of the customer. Very very glad I’ve discovered Aquarium Gardens.

Received my manzanita wood today and the plants I ordered,very pleased the wood looks amazing in my tank,and the plants as always really healthy.Thank you for another great order.

Absolutely amazing company to deal with. I stumbled upon this shop by chance and I'm so happy I did. As a new person to this hobby I'm blown away by how the guys/girls make the time to answer even the most stupidest questions I come up with and not only answer them but explain the reasons behind them. I went into there shop to by some rocks and dave got the measurements for my tank and outlined it in there gravel box and helped me design my first aquascape. I thought it would be a normal shopping experience like most fish shops I've been to (in and out in 10mins) with no real customer experience but I was there for well over an hour and a half having my mind to at ease and helping me have what I vision come to life. Because of this experience I now drive 45mins past 3 of my more local aquarium stores to go to aquarium gardens. I really cant recommend them enough and since that first day I buy 90% of my aquascape needs. It would be 100% if they sold fish.

This is my second order from Aquarium Gardens within the past month and all plants have been in absolutely perfect health and condition. It's usually a hit or a miss with mail order plants but not from here and they are very well packaged also. My new place for aquarium plants.

The plants obtained were in poor condition, partly overwhelmed by other damaged and blackened leaves. Plants after 3 days in the aquarium start die. Not recommended this shop.

Well what can I say but 10/10, 100%
I stumbled across this company by chance whilst researching my very first planted tank, I rang them and I spoke to Steven, over the next few days I explained and emailed my plan describing what I wanted, they done everything to make it easy, chose the plants for me taylourex to my set up, when they were Delivered they were packed securely and in perfect condition
Not one item was damaged or lost out of 30 mixed potted plants

I ordered from Aquarium gardens a whopping 30kg of gravel, two plants and some rocks for my home aquarium. Despite the weight of what was to be delivered, I was still offered free delivery with my >£50 spend.

The courier used was super, I received a text in a day's notice for the delivery date, and a text on the day giving me my allocated hour-long window. This was all within 5 days of the order being placed.

The parcels were well-packaged and contained everything I asked for.
The plants were in good healthy condition, with plenty of healthy roots. They are now thriving. The rocks were a nice selection and appropriately sized.

Spot on guys. Long may you continue to serve the aquatic community!

great company they have everything for aquascaping but most importanly for me as a newbie is they take the time out to explain things to me properly whenever i ring them for advice and are very knowledgable

Usually get my plants etc direct from the tanks of petsathome, however thought i'd try something different (wanted cleaner plants!)

What arrived was in great condition, as described and my fish seem very happy! Price wasn't bad either, postage was fast and packaging was superb.

Will definitely use again in future : )
