Ordered a fish I’ve been after for a while great price was really pleased to find it few issues with the shipping through no fault of the sender but all was resolved quickly and efficiently and my fish arrived in great condition the very next day. Highly recommended.

I've ordered numerous times and always been delivered when said,
I had one issue on one order and contacted via WhatsApp, communication was spot on and resolved without any problems,
I can only speak for myself but found they have been great, I personally would and have recommend ( to a friend that was asking) and I would order again without worry,

Excellent customer service very friendly, packaging is very secure and comes well heated.

Every fish I ordered came in amazing condition highly recommend!

Spent over £100 on fish for my new tank. 5 lemon tetra died within hours, of which i had to supply photos of the dead fish to obtain a refund, which i did, heard nothing more, so I had to chase them via WhatsApp
Then noticed my 4 head and tail light tetra were actually Buenos Aires tetra! Am so once again I had to contact them via whatsapp and chase fur another refund. So I'm lumbered with fish i didn't want! They really should up their game in the customer service area and at least offer to send out replacement fish orreplacement fish out FOC!! It costs enough for delivery as it is!!!

I have brought over the last 6 months 8 large fancy goldfish from ATYD and all have been of excellent quality.
Delivery via APC came as expected - the last two were postponed due to the snow which is the responsible thing to do when dealing with live animals. Alternative dates were immediately offered and booked in.
The fish themselves have been great quality. Some reviews have mentioned them being smaller than expected but I would say with my fancies the total opposite applies, all were larger than I thought they’d be, and instantly settled into their new tank.
They were also very competitively priced, compared to LFS the same fish were nearly double the price!
Sadly my 600L aquarium is now fully stocked, otherwise I’d be tempted to buy more!

Disappointed with my order. Two fish arrived dead, including a Honey Gourami which was supposed to be the centrepiece of my aquarium. Now I have to order from another seller, causing extra delay and cost. Not a great experience overall.

I ordered a selection of fish on the 28th December, expecting delivery on Tuesday 6th January - because of the snow the delivery was delayed until Tuesday 13th - which is totally understandable, given the weather and shows commitment to the livestock.
And this is where is goes wrong, waiting on Tuesday for our delivery - no show - contact ATYD and told they had forgotten to send our order, would we like it Thursday or Friday. Asked for Thursday - no communication so message on Wednesday evening - read the message no response, tried calling several times with message left on Thursday- no answer. Message again - finally answer fish not sent, some out of stock. Got a sorry and would we like any subs - obviously not sorry or they would have contacted us !!!! Asked for a refund.
If I could give no stars - I would!!!

Service from start to finish and tracking delivery absolutely no issues with the service and staff on phone Suzanne delt with my order brilliant all issues delt with defo recommend this company I will be buying more fish from this company keep up the good work

I bought a variaty of fish and snails over the Christmas period. They were meant for shipping on the first busines day. However, the weather was especially cold. I was contacted directly by the shop, who offered to postpone the shipment for the safety of the fish. Happy that I accepted the postponement. All fish arived today, as expected. Very well packed, the water temeprature was acceptable. All fish were alive and quickly acclamated to the new environment. From first looks. all fish look healthy and of similar age, which is rare for other shops

I've now bought numerous and diverse fish from these guys atleast 3 times now. Every time I've never had a bad experience. The fish are healthy and good specimens and have all to this day are absolutely fine. It's always a risk shipping live stock but these guys do it so well and safely as possible. Very very impressed and would rate higher if I could.

Ordered tropheus Bemba 3/4 cm . Received max 2.5 cm. In cold water 19c one heat pack inside the box try to contact customer service by mail no respond . Not recommend

Very pleased with the service I received! Great communication, I enquired about a specific coloured betta fish & got exactly what I wanted! The crowntail Betta fish & plants were very well packaged & delivered with ease:) the plants are nice and the fish seems very healthy and active! super happy customer! Would use again, thank you very much!

5 star review for these guys is justified, placed order on Wednesday, fish and plants arrived today, plants bright in colour very healthy looking, fish are alive and very energetic and also look very very healthy! Would deffo recommend these guys to anyone and I will be back for more.

After always buying fish from a shop for 29 years I was a bit nervous about ordering my peacock Cichlids online.

They arrived incredibly well packaged with heat packs inside the polistiren boxes to keep them warm.

As soon as I released them into the Aquarium they were all happily swimming about and they look absolutely amazing!

Aquatics2yourdoor will now be the only place I will EVER buy fish from again. Sooo Happy! 🤗

Amazing guys, fish were delivered in great time, one of my fish sadly was deceased when it arrived but they very kindly issued me another one!

Very prompt with replying and making sure you’re kept up to date with sending fish.

Fish were delivered on time. One of the bags had split so no water or air saved most of them but within an hour all dead total 25 also within 2 days only had 8 left in the other bag of the same fish. Brought 50 have 6 left.
They offered to replace first couple in next delivery.
6 Red Corydoras look like they were bronze ones but told they lost their colour in transit 2 of them have died.
3 more different lots of fish one each of two of them and one of the other died. So not having much luck. All put in different tanks.

Great communication the axolotls came really well packaged they are happy and healthy will definitely be shopping here again

I’ve placed well over a dozen orders with Aquatics to your door now and I can confidently say they are head-and-shoulders above every other online fish retailer I’ve ever tried. The livestock arrives in impeccable condition every single time: healthy, vibrant, and clearly raised with genuine care. The Malawi cichlids have all come with flawless colour and pattern! Salmon hippo point that didn’t look very vibrant in photos on website were misleading as they came full of colour!! All fish have settled in and are accurate to the size listed on the website!
What truly made this 5* for me was how they handle the rare hiccup. Once a courier left the box in terrible shape(not the shop’s fault) – they had replacement fish shipped out the next week! All replaced! Another time they didn’t have the stock to fulfill the order – immediate apology, instant voucher code sent! No hassle just dealt with instantly by Suzanne!
If you want healthy, stunning fish delivered with zero drama and backed by people who genuinely care about the hobby, look no further. Six stars if the system allowed it!
