My fish arrived as promised but two of them were very distressed and, sadly, did not last the night.
Aquatics to your door were very quick to respond and offered refund for the two fish or replacement. I chose to have replacements which were promptly dispatched and arrived as promised a couple of days later.
I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
I will definitely be using their services again.

Recieved a mixed order, not the same as what i paid for, ignored via WhatsApp and poor quality fish arrived.

I have had three orders from Aquatics to your door. The quality of the tropical fish are exceptional. The delivery is easy and the packaging of the fish is absolutely amazing. They are very professional. Any concerns you have are answered promptly and they will bend over backwards to help and if in the sad event that a fish may not survive in transit they will refund or offer a credit on next order. Very good at communicating with you. If you need any help or support they have a dedicated team for this too. 5 stars for customer service and satisfaction. 5 stars for quality fish and products. First time I’ve ever used aquatics to your door and I was a bit worried about ordering fish on line, however I wend ahead, the fish came on time, unfortunately there were a couple of dead fish in the shipment. I got in touch with them and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They offered me a refund or replacement fish, I opted for replacements and I received them a couple of days later. All the fish I received were of good health and size and the communication with the shop was fantastic.
I will definitely use them again and fully recommend them

I Placed an order for £70 of fish to be delivered on Saturday .waited in all day did not reply on WhatsApp no answer on phone. I called them on Monday to find out what’s going on. they said they tried to call me but they didn’t have some of the fish I ordered so they didn’t deliver any lady said she would get back to me in ten mins to see if they are getting more stock in .4 hours later I called them again to cancel my order with a pleasant gent Monday afternoon . Friday evening I called them again same gent. I’m still waiting for my refund . He very rudely said it’s my problem now what a jerk awful customer service still waiting for my money this is a company to avoid

this is the second time I've ordered fish from this place and not got the species i paid for. last time i use them.

Animals and plants arrived in secured container in good shape and condition.
Delivery was on time and with good trucking option.

A great job done from start to finsh . Order fish friday came the next day. Well pack and fast postage. Deliver at 8.30 am .

I've never ordered live fish to be delivered before, so wasn't entirely sure what to expect.

But it was all flawless, no issues, all (30) fish arrived in good health and have settled in just fine.

Great prices, clear communication, and all the fish arrived on time, healthy, and exactly as planned. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience — highly recommended!

Ordered 8 fish, 6 shrimp and 6 snails all arrived in immaculate condition on the date I selected, tracking was extremely accurate and straight forward and I even messaged the WhatsApp number to ask about tracking beforehand and got a pretty fast response. All in all fantastic service and great communication would definitely recommend and will 100% be using them again. Many thanks Nat

This company will do anything to get your money and when they have it they won't even refund you fish you never get, ordered 7 angels 5-6cm received 4 emaciated 4cm fish 1 not even the same angel complained no refund no return he admitted under sizing, then said I can roll the dice with pay pal, so I did and won my case. And this after I rang and emailed to make sure they had in stock. If you want a certain fish just go get it far less hassle

My fish arrived this morning, the driver was clearly being careful due to live fish handle with care on the parcel. After climitising the fish for a while. Once they was put into the tank, they was clearly happy with the new surroundings. Especially my Jack Dempsey. This was probably helped with the clear to aee excellent service from the shop and shipping. The shop called me the day before my fish arrived telling me the Oscar I had chosen was clearly stressed and wouldn't be happy throughout shipping etc. Which I felt was a grear bit of business. Alot of shops wouldn't worry. The store changed my oscar to another oscar, which was slightly higher in price but didnt charge me extra. I will 100% use this servicr again when I upgrade my tank to a larger size in the new year.
