Sisce u was in dubai they gave very poor custemer handling even after call deliver persons they are layer they dont keep promise as they say deliver and next day no response sgame on you aramex very poor handling i swere to god this not to say company its shame fully even how the repond the delivery guy he sayed dont call me omg can you belive me still am not reciving my goods till now

Rude driver

Missed deliveries in the past, terrible communication and this time the driver was really rude. I stopped using one supplier because they used Aramex and it was hard to receive the goods.

One of the worst couriers to deal with

One of the worst couriers to deal with. I have been trying to arrange a collection for the last 2 weeks with no success. They dont pick up the pick up the phone at all and the other departments are as useless- whats is the point of having departments that dont communicate with each other? I have filled 2 online forms and have the reference for my cases but does this matter? of course no. Good to see that its not only me and it seems that their management is in deeeeep sleep. Well done Aramex , your ignorant & useless staff are letting you down.

Worst delivery service ever and horrible customer service

Worst delivery service ever. Customer service stinks. Bought rugs in Turkey had them shipped. They say in the country for two weeks despite being assured of a delivery deadline that was not adhered to. When it was evident our items weren’t coming we tracked it on their website which said they attempted delivery. This never happened. We then called Aramex and were put through the wringer literally by an automated phone service that kept cutting off. We got onto another department that could not transfer us to make a query. I registered on their website as a customer and attempted to use the message contact as function which did not work. In the end I had to call the Turkish rug supplier who ensured us that the delivery would come in two days. Two days later the rugs were indeed dropped off. Horrible experience. I wish there were a no stars option.

Unresolved Delivery, Fake Attempts & Unprofessional Overcharging

Dear Aramex Escalation Team,

I am writing once again with serious concern and complete dissatisfaction regarding the ongoing mishandling of my shipment. Despite my previous detailed email, there has been absolutely no action, no update, and no responsible person contacting me. My parcel arrived in Dubai on 22nd November, yet I am still waiting for delivery.

Your delivery agents have now started giving one-second missed calls and marking them as “delivery attempt failed,” which is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. This is not a delivery attempt — it is a deliberate avoidance of responsibility. Even after I made the required payment, there has been zero accountability from your team.

To add to this, I am extremely shocked by the unprofessional way Aramex has overcharged me. The shipment was clearly committed at AED 250, yet your team increased the parcel’s weight despite the correct weight being clearly mentioned on the package. This resulted in unnecessary and unjustified additional charges. Increasing weight after commitment and billing extra without verification is unacceptable and highly unethical.

I have now placed a request for self-pickup after your repeated failed and fake delivery attempts. Yet, even that has not been processed or updated for the last four days. No one from Aramex is responding on WhatsApp, your call center provides no real support, and your delivery team is unreachable. It is extremely concerning that a company of your scale has no functional customer support for an issue as simple as parcel delivery.

I have been more than patient, but the level of negligence at this point is unacceptable.
I am demanding the following immediate actions:

A clear and final update on the exact status and location of my shipment.

Immediate processing of my self-pickup request OR a guaranteed delivery with a real attempt, not missed calls.

A proper explanation for the fake delivery attempts and the complete lack of communication.

A written resolution regarding the excessive charges I raised earlier, which also remains unanswered.

If this matter continues to be ignored, I will have no option but to escalate this further to higher management, consumer protection authorities in the UAE, and make my experience public. This level of service is far below basic professional standards.

They have delayed my packet for a week for no reason. No email, no sms, no whatsapp message. It is impossible to reach their agent via phone, whatsapp or online chat. Stay away from them.

Pathetic service

Parcel arrived in Auckland 2nd Dec. Have just been notified it has been given to the local courier for delivery today 10th Dec. It takes longer to travel from Auck to Napier, than it does from China to Auck. Might take another day or two to get from Napier to Havelock North!

Terrible experience with Aramex

Terrible experience with Aramex. My package was with them for days. They claimed they “couldn’t reach me” but nobody called. Then the courier marked my shipment as “delivered” even though I didn’t receive anything. When I tried calling Aramex, there is NO option to talk to a real person only automated voice messages. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional service.

I bought something from DBrand 2 months…

I bought something from DBrand 2 months ago. It was delivered via Aramex, or it should be delivered...because never arrived. the package looks that come from Canada to romania and remained hanged in another town. tried to contact dbrand and they have a one week response policy, tried to contact aramex , no answer. after one week with the traking hanged in another city without any delivery tries...just hanged in there...it was returned to dbrand. Contact them again...after 10 days they say..oh sorry and thats all. tried last days another order , because i want that case, but same. arrived in my country but no moving from 4 days in same town (i guess where it arrives in my country). try again to contact them no answer

They do not have communication line

They do not have communication line. Their whatsapp service is down. They delievered my product to wrong team despite me being an old customer who recieve the product from the same supplier. They blocked my number. My shipment is gone and they are not even answering. Very poor.

Horrible customer service

If I could give it less than a star I WOULD
Ive been trying to contact a human agent for the past 3 hours and they tell me to wait cus they’re busy with other customers SO I DO
and like I said it’s been 3 hours
I tried calling,WhatsApp,the app and I got nothing
This is a package I’ve waited 2 weeks for and it’s already been delayed a day I’m definitelyyyyyy not using Aramex ever again such bad service

Aramex is the worst courier company…

Aramex is the worst courier company ever. My parcel was never delivered and I kept getting different excuses at some point they even said its out for delivery but it never came. Next they just ended up saying they do not know why it hasn't been delivered.

Shop & ship service by Aramex. I am using it for years now. My parcel reached London on 17th of October, updated (found) but never shipped back to me. Endless phone calls, mails, nothing. I was sent to the pick-up place and they did not have a clue! No one is helping, all I hear is parcel will be updated tomorrow, a month now. I will pay more but ship Dhl or ups from now.

I’ve been waiting for my scheduled delivery for 4 days

I’ve been waiting for my delivery for days with absolutely no update, no communication, and no accountability from their side. The tracking information is useless and customer service provides zero assistance — just empty promises and no action.

I use couriers regularly, and this has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. If reliability matters to you, look elsewhere.

Extremely disappointing.
