Had the occasion of having two separate purchases from Archers SleepCentre in Dundee in the last few weeks. Was served by Anthony and was very impressed with his level of service. This was beyond ++ and on both times in the shop he could not have done more. This is very refreshing these days as customer service is rare. Shout out too for the delivery guys who delivered the second order and built up the bed. Well done guys !!

What super service I got in the Uddingston store ,Lynn was really nice and helpful, showed me all around the store explaining the difference in the mattresses and the pillows ,really knows her stuff ,I ended up buying a gel pillow as I suffer from major head heat at night and the pillow is working a treat ,so glad I listened to what she had to say about them 😀 I might even go back for one of their mattresses if the pillow keeps helping me . So 5 stars 🌟 to Lynn infact I ended up inviting her to my wedding she was that nice lol . Great store all round 👏

I’ve heard this company was very good so went for 2 single mattresses they had a good choice ,
I got to the shop assistant was very helpful I bought 2 mattress protectors as well a bit dear but better than some I’ve had so after paying over &1000 pounds hopefully they will last longer than me at 75 I’m
hoping I get a good few years yet to enjoy them

The sales person was very helpful and made everything easy for us
The sales person, Steven, was very helpful, listened to what we were after, explained what was available in store. We had seen a possible bed online and he took us through the process of placing the order with him. Very pleased with the experience and cannot praise the approach and support from Steven in dealing with us in the Cumbernauld showroom. Now looking forward to delivery in a couple of weeks!
