Test the mattress before you buy it!!
Went into the Auldhouse store looking for a medium-firm mattress. Ian looked up the mattress I'd been considering online and suggested I try a few others first, just to get a proper feel for them before making a decision.
I quickly realised medium-firm was actually too soft for my preference. I told Ian I didn't like memory foam, preferred pocket springs and gave him a few other details about what I was looking for. He pointed me towards the Elder 1000.
As soon as I lay on it, I knew it was exactly the feel I'd been looking for. I've had it for around a month now and I'm sleeping like a baby.
Fantastic advice and service from Ian. Thanks again!

When I entered the store Lynn (sales person) welcomed me and offered details regarding bedroom furniture sets, then left me to browse on my own. When I needed assistance she was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure I had all the information I required.
