Yes that’s right… 3 DAYS!!!
Who orders designer door handles for an interior project and fits them within 3 DAYS of receipt!
The handles I ordered were checked on receipt and found to be of perfect ‘condition’ only the slight problem of fitting then a few weeks later to find They they are not only of appalling quality but they also do not work!!! Seriously! How can door handles NOT WORK!!!
I have had 2 carpenters look at them and not one can stop them wobbling, stop the springs falling out or make them line up horizontally either in their own or as a pair.
I contacted the manufacturers in the first instance to see if there was a ‘through screw’ missing to be told that they did not supply these to the Uk. Then I contacted archiproducts to advise them of this and of the poor quality and being unfit for purpose and requested a return for refund … to be told… wait for it…. Yes, you guessed it…. “You should have complained within 3 DAYS.”
These handles are FAULTY! They cannot be used! I cannot close my doors as the handles get loose and fall off!
Don’t waste your money here.
You are better off at B&Q.

ordered a product with pictures and dimensions. cost was 1300 euros. they sent different one. huge lead in time. they said that product not made in dimensions i ordered (it had dimensions with pic). they said its my error as didn't check all the details of the product. Given They had pics and dimensions onine and sent confirmation of the style and dimensions IN PICTURE FORM! didnt feel i needed to dig out a brochure from manufacturer and check it just in case. Wanted this product for my house for a wedding cermony-key piece- now wont have it and they wont send a replacement i have requested stating they will only give a refund when the original is sent back (it arrived slightly damaged too). Very slow to respond. Poor knowledge of what they sell. Unwilling to admit their obvious errors. Only interested in getting your money. They've ruined my event but no consideration of the customer despite having given them in excess of 1000 euro. Terrible customer service. Chaotic company. Not interested in making it right for the customer, cant respond back in timely fashion yet continue to bombard me with sales communications. All about the money. Seriously Avoid for anything expensive. Will take it legal on them if they dont replace the item with what ive requested. I'll post again to update how they proceed.

It was better than I thought it would be. On the website it said that the ceiling lamp will be available for shipping after 25 days, but after only 2 weeks I got an email that it was ready for shipment.
The lamp was exactly like the pictures and we didn't have any issues with international shipping (the box was a bit rough but the product was not affected).

I ordered almost 800Euro worth of door handles and paid taxes on the incoming shipment. I wrote to Archiproducts about a return as most handles were the wrong size. They replied saying I should courier it back to them. I followed all protocols to return. It’s been a month and the items remain either stuck in customs or undelivered to them. Multiple emails and whatsapp messages to them go either unanswered or there’s zero follow up. Meanwhile they’re sitting on all my money and the returned items plus all the courier charges and taxes I’ve incurred. In all I’ve lost almost 1000 euro. AVOID these guys like the plague!!! They’re unscrupulous and unethical. BEWARE!!

I have ordered a light from Archiproducts and yet to receive. I have spent days trying to get through to someone but customer service is non existent as no one replies to you! I have emailed twice, messaged on messenger, WhatsApp and an online web form and phoned 3 times to get cut off. Awful. Avoid!

I have ordered a lamp from archiproducts. Unfortunately the lamp, that I have ordered was scratched. I contacted customer service and it takes ages till they reply. It's been almost one month since delivery and I still don't have final solution. If everything is OK, maybe they are fine, but in case of troubles it cost you nerves to get a refund.

Terrible experience with Archiproducts. They took a lifetime to send the items and when I returned them via courier back to Italy because they don’t use a cash system they couldn’t pay the tax on the Italian post. They then refused to refund me for products because they didn’t receive them even though I have evidence that they were sent from the UK. I have now lost out on the cost of items, the postage and have nothing to show for it. Absolutely appalling customer service, took 5 months to get to the bottom of what had happened and they refused to given me any compensation for the fact they don’t have a system that works. Why would you accept refunds if the system won’t allow for it? You should have said we don’t accept refunds.
