Premature request
So far, the communication and responsiveness have been good, and I appreciate the contact I have received. However, I find it premature to be asked to leave a review before any substantive work has actually been undertaken on my case.
At this stage, I am unable to fairly assess the quality of the service provided or the outcome achieved. As a result, being asked for a review so early in the process would naturally lead to a lower score than might otherwise be the case once the work has been completed.
I would be happy to provide a more meaningful review once my case has progressed and I have experienced the full service being offered.

I am struggling waiting 5 days for an answer when my employer of 26 years is harassing me whilst on sick note till January 2027, I have paid for legal cover to cover employment disputes and as yet have been left to try and muddle my way through, which is not at all ideal
