Website does not disclose that they ship internationally from Asia. All the purchase flow is done as a storefront from whatever country you are on.
Upon arrival I was faced with duties + fine because they declared a smaller amount for the product.
Really bad customer support.

I have used an Argon one for 3,5 years before the fan broke down, seemed like fair quality so I ordered two replacement fans. After a long wait, and additional custom fees, they arrived. The first one was vibrating terribly, the second one as silent in two weeks before it broke down. I requested replacements for both but without custom fees as it was not a puchase. They came with additional custom fees. The box was empty, just two bags of screws, no fans at all. I have now paid more in customs than for the items.
I claimed a full refund, including the custom fees.
Since they never delivered anything of value and I never purchased anything from them as all they delivered was crap, it is just fair to cover all my costs.
They are now stonewalling me totally.

It has been more than a month and my order has not arrived. The item was in stock. The tracking number link they sent in the shipping confirmation email is now a porn website. They have not responded to my requests for a refund. This company seems like it is a scam.

I bought an EON Nas case. It worked for months until something happened and it burnt out my raspberry pi. I put another pi in as I didn't know at the time it was a short circuit and it burnt that too.

I tried to get in touch with Argon, but their CS is awful. At first, they pawned me off with instructions on how to fix the issue, which were incorrect as they referred to a different product.

Then after many weeks, they offered to replace the power board, ignoring the issue of the damaged pis.
For such a large company, I expected a simple "send us all the stuff in for investigation and we will replace it like for like". But NO, simply stonewalling.

I am planning to sue them for the cost of the items and my wasted time but can't even find the legal company details anywhere on the site. Does anyone know what their company information is?

Terrible customer service. They took my money, and then went silent. No one answers their 'customer service' email or phone number. I will be contacting my credit card company to void the transaction.

One star is too many for Argon40, it’s just a RIPOFF, I ordered some goods almost 7 months ago and I’m yet to receive them or to be given a refund, the seller won't respond to the emails i sent. try not loosing your money on this website!!!.

The products are wonderful. However, I couldn’t find a U.S. vendor. It’s been over a month since I’ve placed my order on November 14th. It was shipped through Hong Kong Post, the last tracking update was on the 9th of December. I highly recommend either Amazon or a U.K. vendor that uses a reputable shipping company. My personal experience has left me hesitant to make a future purchase directly with the company. It’s very unfortunate that such a nice product takes over a month to receive in the states.

I ordered on November 26. We are December 22 and tracking shows that the item hasn't even left Hong Kong (I had contacted them on December 8 - tracking showed that Honk Kong Post was still expecting the item from the sender). I don't know what's causing such a delay, but I wish I had known beforehand that the item was shipping from Hong Kong. The same item was available for next-day delivery on a UK website.

It has been more than 4 weeks. I have reached out 4 times to the company and heard no response. I got a confirmation email when the order was placed, but no shipping email after that. :(

Its been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive an email about when the item will be shipped

Placed an order and it showed in stock and delivery within 3 business days. I get a message same day saying my order is being processed.
After 4 days I contact them and ask where my order is and they reply they suspect it is out of stock and they are waiting for a replenishment order which is delayed.
No notification, email, call, nothing. I have to chase them to investigate my order. I finally receive my order 7 business days later.
I would order somewhere else, if product is available.
