Day of delivery of two beds was agreed before i had even purchased as i needed them at a specific time, once agreed i placed my order , the delivery day came and went without a word from these people , i messaged them to ask why my delivery wasn't made as planned and was given the run around from the start , they stated i hadn't arranged delivery , they then stated i had arranged a different day ( i have proof of what day delivery was agreed ) i then REPEATEDLY requested a refund but still they persistently told me they were going to deliver despite the fact i told them no one would be in, i have since received a refund from my bank and told this company i have but still they keep messaging saying they are going to deliver my beds today :/ ... ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE COMPANY

We were notified immediately of the delivery time.
We were notified immediately of the delivery date. On the day we were given notification of the time slot. Due to traffic the motorway there was a delay which we were notified by the driver during the delivery slot time. Such fantastic communication and such professionalism from a very friendly and helpful gentleman 👍
