I was very happy with the building I purchased. I ordered it at the last minute and they did a good job of delivering it as close to the date I required it as possible. The sales process was easy to work with even with the multiple handoffs in their process. I had a third party contractor install it that had not worked with Armstrong before and they had no problems with the installation at all. I would definitely buy another building from them.

These guys are great to work with and honest. Nice being able to deal with them and not broker.

Working with Armstrong steel was a pleasure. They worked with me to design a pole barn that would fit my budget and the Property that I live on. Working with Charlie also helped me to understand that Armstrong steel is interested in providing a quality product as well as good customer service.

I strongly recommend using Armstrong steel if you are purchasing a metal building. I contacted several steel building companies while in search of a building for my barndominum. Armstrong had the best customer service, the building looked excellent, went together great and if there were any issues along the way Armstrong quickly took care of them.

We put up an Armstrong building for a client and couldn’t say enough about the quality of the building. Everything arrived on time and was clearly labeled. We haven’t built a steel kit like this before, but we had zero issues with the assembly. Would recommend Armstrong to anyone.

I believe that Armstrong Steel is using unfair and deceptive business practices. They misrepresented that my $6524,00 deposit was required to “lock in” a price and then falsely blamed me for delays as an excuse to deny me the $5219.10 “rebate” agreed upon in the original contract.
There are so many reviews online about others with similar experiences. A news feature regarding legal action against Armstrong Steel. And a Facebook page Armstrong Steel Buildings Victim group has 154 members. My experience with Armstrong Steel is not unique.

I recently encountered a highly disappointing experience with Armstrong, and I feel compelled to share my feedback to shed light on some concerning aspects of their service. My intention is not to harm the company but to encourage a reconsideration of their policies and practices for the benefit of all customers.

The primary issue revolves around the lack of transparency during the delivery process. I was shocked to discover that a box had fallen during delivery, a fact that was not communicated to me until the delivery driver arrived. The subsequent information I received from the original truck driver, rather than directly from Armstrong, was disconcerting.

Armstrong's policy mandates the completion of a docusign, confirming receipt of the shipment and committing to inventory the items within five days. This is coupled with the requirement of a scanned copy of the cashier's check for the driver. Unfortunately, not all items were included in the initial delivery, yet full payment was insisted upon. This raises ethical concerns and potentially points to fraudulent business practices. Ideally, I should have been promptly informed of the situation, allowing for a collaborative resolution.

To exacerbate the situation, I learned from the truck driver that Armstrong planned to expedite a truck with the missing items, without a manifest. This lack of documentation left me unaware of what was missing from both the original and subsequent shipments. Furthermore, an additional box of parts arrived beyond the stipulated five-day period.

Had the initial shipment been complete, timely inventorying could have taken place, allowing my team to commence work promptly. Unfortunately, due to the delays and an incomplete shipment, my team had to transition to another project, resulting in a three-month setback.

In conclusion, while Armstrong's five-day policy may be designed to safeguard the company, its implementation lacks transparency and customer protection. The insistence on full payment for an incomplete shipment and the subsequent delays have not only raised ethical concerns but also had tangible negative impacts on my project timeline. I urged Armstrong to reevaluate its stance and consider implementing more customer-friendly and transparent practices for the benefit of all clients.

I have had nothing but a good experience with Armstrong so far. It would be nice to know after choosing a building size that there are additional costs that come for lights, insulation and other things which require more costs down than just the initial but that is to be expected. We knew we would have to pay those at some point and it was good to get it all taken care of so at the end of the entire process we will have a fully functional building without having to hire others to complete the entire thing. I worked with Breanna Ibanez as a project manager and she was attentative and acommodating with everything we needed so far during the process.

Breanna Ibanez was our rep and she was fantastic! Fast to respond and fast to make the changes we would inquire about. We started with another steel company, but glad we found Breanna at Armstrong because her customer service went well beyond the other companies. We can't wait to install our new Armstrong building!

Even though we did not buy a building at this time, I would recommend Joni to anyone that needs not just the building but knowledge about the process. She really helped me make the right decision even though it wasn't with her. Great customer service.

The company is very responsive and professional. Austin Hornick was my Building Consultant and he was extremely knowledgeable and able to quote exactly what I wanted. They are competitively priced and very high quality with great attention to detail. They were the most responsive company that I contacted.

Excellent customer service! I had been getting quotes on a building from several suppliers and Joshua of Armstrong Steel was the most responsive and answered my questions in timely manner. He was easy to get it touch with and always returned my calls and emails. Joshua gave me great confidence in the quality of service Armstrong Steel could provide. Other companies could take a lesson from Joshua on how to provide excellent customer service.

Hello everyone. There admittedly is some negative press going around about this company BUT take a few minutes to check all the facts. Remember that IF people are making reviews it is typically the few that had a bad experience, or an exceptionally good experience. Were some people disappointed with their experience through the COVID crisis with delays and/or cost changes? Yes. However, COVID pricing affected all of us and still is. Finally we are starting to see some relief. I am not affiliated with this company at all but rather was working to get a building through them.
Well, what about my experience? I have been on the phone many multiple times with these kind, helpful and accommodating people. They went out of their way to make my project work. The worked with me on the pricing and the shipping to make the project fit my budget. I was able to get in on some special pricing due to a large order being placed, however a budget problem came up and I was not able to continue with my project. Again, these people worked with me to everything they could to help me out. Ultimately I was not able to continue with the project, at least not yet, but even though this was the case they STILL were kind, understanding and helpful. They really wanted to help me make it work but when my budget got killed by unforeseen circumstances they came through. In a few months I guarantee I will be working with them again, detailing my dream garage workshop. Thank you Armstrong. Good luck!

Steel Building Purchase – Pima, Arizona

I have enjoyed working with Armstrong Steel. Every person I have dealt with has been very professional and courteous – the salesperson, the project manager, engineering department and accounting/billing.
In particular I have been extremely impressed with my project manager – Devian Trevino.
There has been no pressure, and they went out of their way to give me advice in several areas along with providing quality structural drawings of the building and an anchor bolt plan for the foundation. YES, I am happy with my purchase, and I have recommended Armstrong Steel to my neighbors to contact regarding their own Steel Building Purchase.

Malinda Widrikis Was awesome to work with thru the process of getting the right building layout and pricing over so we can make that choice. Very knowledgeable on understand our wants and needs. If I need a second building later down the road will go thru Armstrong steel again.

My point of contact was Connor, and he’s done amazing. I was upfront that I was just shopping around for quotes and he did amazing, answered every question I had. Will definitely be going with them when the time is right to start building.
