Traveled 340 miles to collect, car was pristine when I collected, jack took care of me , explained all paperwork, did all I need , very professional team at wolverhampton

I chose a car one day on the second day I arranged finance and on the third day I traded my old car and picked up my new car it was seamless plus the salesman was a very nice guy Andrew McManus very helpful especially when I had problems with my v5 document so overall really good experience for a first time customer of Arnold Clark

We were dealt with by Amir at the chertsey branch , not only does he know his stuff he is also a really lovely man. He is professional in what he does and we enjoyed our experience with him . I would highly recommend Amir to anyone who is looking to buy a new car .

Absolutely terrible experience with Arnold Clark. I am extremely disappointed with both the vehicle and the level of customer service I have received.

The car broke down after only one day of driving. I returned it to be repaired, and it has now been sitting with them for over a week with no proper updates. I have tried contacting them by phone, but my calls are not being answered, and getting any information has been incredibly difficult.

The lack of communication, poor customer service, and complete lack of urgency have been extremely frustrating. After spending a significant amount of money on a vehicle, I expected a much higher standard of support.

Buying a car should not result in this much stress and disappointment. I would not recommend Arnold Clark based on my experience so far. Avoid unless you are prepared for poor communication and a lack of customer care.

Helpful salesman, who wasn't too pushy. The car, which was pre-registered, but, essentially, new, was available at a good price. We liked the car, too.

Customer service. If you want an honest sales person go here. They made us feel welcome from start to finish allowed us to look around the cars without pushing a sale and gave us honest feedback, when deciding on which car to buy without being pushy. We were torn between two cars and they sold us the car that was best for what we needed. I don’t think I would go anywhere else now to buy a car. Shout out to Josh and Chris who helped us decide on which car to buy and made the whole process stress free.

Okey made the whole experience almost seamless and stress free. I’d recommend Arnoldclark any day and time.

Sales rep was unbelievably accommodating and helpful. My car is great I love it, accept I couldn’t figure out why my cruise control wouldn’t work. They tried to charge me for someone to take a look as I was “out of my 6 months warranty”. I rang about the issue multiple times and was told I’d get a call back 3 times and not once received this, so had to ring back myself… again. I asked for a manager to ring me back as no one else was clearly capable. He was 10/10 also very accommodating. I took the car in he said they’d have a look and see why it’s not letting me use cruise control. I took the car and only waited around 30 minutes. They said I needed a system update and would have to take it to Volkswagen themselves. On my way to work the following days after I thought I’d press a few buttons and see if they did anything. Turns out it was just the main switch of the cruise control was turned off. Literally the press of a button and it’s been working fine ever since. Why did they not know this would be the case over the phone??? It’s such a simple thing surely?! I then noticed my aircon switch had snapped off and another aircon no longer twists after receiving the car back. Rang about this and was told “they won’t even look at it” ????? I’m gutted because I could not fault the service I received on the day of buying the car. I now feel they’re trying to get money from me anywhere possible.

Great service from Hassan, made the collection really nice with the vehicle being inside the store and lovely service and help throughout.

Derek at Grangemouth gave excellent customer service from the first contact. He kept me informed throughout the process.Derek explained the VSI to me in detail. I would highly recommend using him when purchasing a vehicle.

Brian, the salesman was brilliant. He kept me up-to-date for what was going on with the car when it was coming the service was brilliant for Arnold Clark. I would I recommend Arnold Clark.
