Bought my first car from David Melville at Arnold Clark and it was an amazing experience! David made sure I got a car that suited me perfectly, ensure the process was smooth and easy and made sure I was fully informed the entire time. The car was in immaculate condition when picking it up and I had zero issues with it. I couldn’t recommend David enough!

We purchased a car from Ayr BYD in May, unfortunately over an 8 week period the car had various faults, living 2hrs away from the store, Mr John Nicol (service manager) was super supportive in having the car collected for investigation & repair. John was very patient and understanding, keeping us updated on a regular basis, he was the real star for Arnold Clark regarding our overall experience. After the 3rd issue, we’d had enough and requested that the car be returned and replaced with an identical model. Within 24 hrs, Gordon O’Hara (Salesman) was appointed to resolve this for us. Gordon sorted everything and even delivered the new car on his day off. I’m impressed with the speed of response and overall support from the team at Ayr BYD, 5 star service. I’m please to say that a replacement vehicle has just been delivered.
