Cannot fault from walking through the entrance doors to driving away in a new car a few hours later.

Although the car was good value for…
Although the car was good value for money. I found a scratch from the driver side all the way back to the passenger side. I ONLY got reimbursed £200. The salesman went missing apparently on holiday without notifying me or passing on the sale to one of his colleague. Luckily, will from the Sydenham branch was really helpful.
Overall, I’m happy with the car.

Just as good second time round.
This is my second review for Arnold Clark, Oldbury.
We have had a few issues with my daughter’s Motability vehicle. However the customer service we have received from the front of desk in the service department as been exceptional.
On our previous visit we were looked after by Joe, who was great. This time we dealt with Haylie, she was so lovely, really welcoming and so personable.
She kept us updated on progress and was so helpful, we felt like we had known her for years.
This branch is so lucky to have such lovely staff members. They make it a pleasure to visit at anytime.
