Product and service good but annoying payment issue
Order arrived promptly and in good condition but for some reason there was a duplicate pending payment sat on my credit card for almost a week before it eventually disappeared. May have been a PayPal issue rather than Arnold Clark to be fair though.

battery upside down on delivery
Hi first the good news, the battery was a competitive price. The battery was delivered to my door on a sack trolly. when I went to lift the cardboard box it easily came away and exposed the upside down battery.
how long it had been upside down is unknown. From memory, it think it was four days from dispatch to delivery. Solution add ten pence to price and use a suitable box with signage for couriers to follow.
Desperate to use the vehicle I fitted the battery and I wait to see if there is any early deterioration.

We're sorry you feel this way, Michael.
We have fed this back to our team. The batteries are sealed units so there wouldn't be an expectation of any issue if delivered in this way. We hope all is well going forward.

Items are reasonably priced but the delivery …
Items are reasonably priced and a bonus is a free delivery when you meet a purchase threshold. However, items came individually and you have to be at home to receive it for every delivery which is very inconvenient.

Hi Darren,
We're saddened to hear this. We have checked with the team and we can see that under the part number that you have ordered it is the blue coolant that was ordered, regrettably. If you haven't opened this you are still welcome to return this item. You can start a return here www.arnoldclarkautoparts.com/a/returns.

Great company to do business with !
The website was well set up and easy to use . I ordered three bottles of BMW Windscreen Washer fluid and my order was fulfilled in a timely manner . I was impressed that they had used masking tape to ensure the plastic containers lids didn’t loosen during transit preventing the liquid leaking out . Well done Arnold Clark Autoparts .
